Looks like StyleMixThemes is going for increase of revenue with less effort. First I discovered it with their Themes. Now with this plugin.
I’ve had this plugin for years, removed it after I no longer offered any services, and now I want to reinstall it, and the Google integration is now a 19,99 add for 1 site. Also paid services is a paid add on.
So don’t be triggered by the free plugin. It’s not easy to use without the additional paid integrations.

Payed Plugin crashes when you choose your own colours. It is also a big minus that between booking you don’t have an option for a break time. Also I have noticed if the booking appointments is a three hour long and it starts from 9 am – 12 pm.. than the other costumer has the option to book it from 10 am – 1 pm – which is not ok. If someone books the first hour, than you can not book until 12.15 pm. or 1 pm. This is why period time is needed, and so the other booking do not cover them selves up. Please fix this.

I had 2 problems with this plugins (the free one and the 2 sold) : the plugin is not fully translatable, even using Loco Translate. You have to edit the plugin files, which is painful and risky. The other problem was with the Google Calendar synch, that didn’t work for me even following step by step the documentation and reinstalling/retrying from scratch multiple times.
I opened a ticket. Waited and waited. After 6 days, I asked for a refund. Suddenly, someone was ready to help me. It was too late, I already found another solution that works well on my site.
THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE PLUGINS ($200!) despite being 6 days after buying it, and asking repeatedly for assistance without being answered!

Awful.
everytime you update thhe plugin, the calendar breaks on the frontend.
– Google calendar addon paid version never worked and I get a fatal error every single time I try to activate it
– The export/import json file feature doesn’t work neither. So everytime I tried to fix the bugs on my own I had to set categories, services, and staff all over again.
Frustrating experience indeed.

There is no guided walkthrough. I had to spend a good time to understand the flow of it. But once I did it, it seems pretty straightforward to book an appointment. My suggestion would be to improve the onboarding process. If I was giving review for onboarding I would give 3. But as I am judging the functionality I am providing 5 star

I liked the simplicity of the plugin. Installed and set up on my site within 20 mins. But I missed a welcome page where I can easily know how to start using this plugin. Please add a getting started page. Overall, I liked it. I will play around for a few days with the free version. Let’s see how it goes for me.

I do not recommend this module, as it has many errors. Currency is set but it show undenfined, and when I add staff is not saving it. The module does not work properly.

On the website of the plugin:
1. Customizable: Set up and design your booking form, pick different types of fields you want to meet your business needs.
Absolutely not customizable, you can’t even change the language, the design, bigger, smaller, font, nada!!!
2. You can not integrate it where you want, just a full-page stupid calendar full page!!!
3. last but not least: there is no way what so ever to get support. If you click on tickets you have to login which means that you need to buy it first before getting any support, so leads like me who would like to ask pre-sale questions? no way…
It should be forbidden to sell this kind of shit without any professional support!!!!
I am gonna try the calculator plugin from the same company I hope I won’t be disappointed. The thing is, is that it is too risky to purchase at this company as you can find nowhere purchase conditions, refund policy you don’t like the plugin like the other plugins…
Don’t buy it!!!!!
