There are some very confusing UX problems with this plugin. One is that the user who installs the plugin is the admin user. And, that user is the only user. Not so good when your client and their office staff need to add content.

I need to know if the plugin has the following characteristics that I need to implement in a project.
1) I will use to reserve party room
2) Each room can only be used once a day (there will be no time slots). The person reserves all day
3) The most important thing I need is for the plugin to take care of these situations:
3.1) Room A (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays): U $ 100.00
3.2) Room A (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays): U $ 150,00
3.3) Room B (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays): U $ 50,00
3.4) Room B (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays): US $ 80.00
3.5) Room A + Room B on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays = $ 130.00 (instead of $ 150.00)
In this situation (3.5) the halls will be rented at the same time, both being unavailable. That is, if the person is to reserve only Room A or Room B only, it is unavailable. Example: Room A + Room B ($ 130.00) for September 27 unavailable
3.6) Specific dates: I need to inform different rooms for specific days (for example, on December 23rd, Room A = U $ 150.00 or Room A + Room B = U $ 300.00).

I have set up 5 test services. I want the user to select 1x service A, but 4x service B. How can I set it up so that it allows them to enter ‘4’, and how can I show them the total time and price for selecting a specific quantity?
]]>I am seeking help with building a scheduling service on a wordpress-based website I am building.
I need my customers to select from about 15 services. Some of them will be a few hours long. Some will be 1, 2 or even 5 days long. How can I have a customer select & schedule a multi-day day service? They need to be cumulative as well. So if they pick a 4 hour service, a 1 day service and a 3 day service, then the calendar needs to schedule a 4.5 day appointment. The longest appointment needed will not be expected to exceed 2 weeks. I need options for each service to either include a weekend, or span a weekend (i.e 5 days starting Thu with a weekend would be Thu-Mon. 5 days but not working a weekend would be Th-Fri, Mon-Wed). Pricing would be different for weekend work, hence 2 services in this case.
Can I use this plug-in to have customers select and schedule such multiday services?
]]>I blacked out some of my bookings calendar as I am out of town and therefore not available.
However, on the front facing calendar that clients see, the times are tending to show. They are clicking on those times and only then finding that they are not available.
However, sometimes those blocked out times do not show on the front facing calendar.
For example, I blanked out Tuesday 27th October from my very first available appointment until 7.30pm. When I look at the front facing calendar that my client can see, every single timeslot for that day is showing as available and it is only when they click on a time that they find it is unavailable.
For Thursday 29th October, I blanked out from my first appointment of the day at 8am until 2.00pm. On the front facing calendar that the client sees, it shows from 2.00pm available as it should do, but it also shows the slot at 8.00am as available. Again, it is only when they click on that 8am slot that it becomes apparent it is not available.
If they then click back onto Tuesday 27th October again, even though it showed incorrectly before, it now shows correctly with no appointments available until 7.30pm BUT the 8.00am slow also shows as available when it isn’t.
Why isn’t the front facing calendar showing available appointments ONLY please?

Instructor-1 is of course the name of the resource I want to select.

Due to a recent Booking plugin update, I was requested to log into bookings again.
It is not recognising my password, which I think I am entering the correct one.
So, I’ve requested a ‘forgotten log in data’ password and entered the email address that I registered with, but no email has been sent from Zingiri.
I’ve tried it twice now and have checked my junk folder.

I instaled the Bookings Pro plugin on Sunday and the booking calendar simply doesn’t appear on my website (mybirdingholiday.com). I’ve tried the [bookings template=hotel1] as well as the simply one [bookings] and neither of them work. I use the 4.1.1 version and the theme spacious
I’ve emailed the support and sales office more than four times… and they only answer once saying that I should write the same codes… Absolutely disapointed. And I’ve paid the one year fee! What a robbery!
I would greatly apreciate any hint from the forum members to fix the problem as the Zingiri team are enjoying their ‘siesta’

Have installed and tried to assess but several things I’d like to do are not in the PDF manual (or I can’t find them)
1. I’ve set up products that take either 90 or 60 minutes to complete. When I book them, they only book 30 minutes (the minimum booking time) Where do I set the correct time? i.e. for a 90 minute service I want it to book 90 minutes on the calendar.
2. I’ve set up my staff as resources as per the manual. They are shown as resources on the booking form. How do I change this?
3. the manual shows the use of a template (hotel1) are there any other templates available, where are they or do I have to write my owe. If so, how?
There are several other things I can find/do. If it’s just me – please tell me where this information is.
If your answer is to trawl the forums – then I’ll look for another booking form.

1) Does this plugin allow for one property?
And I want people to be able to book holidays in weeks, from Friday to Friday.
So Friday 1st is booked until Friday 8th, But obviously the next week will start on the Friday 8th to 15th…can this plugin accommodate this style of booking?

]]>Hi, I’m testing out this plugin and so far, have been impressed with it. I am a manager for a private park. Members reserve one or 2 of 9 different sections/areas of the facility. Reservations could be anywhere from one hour to overnight.
I believe the “Meeting Rooms” scenario would be most appropriate. What is the short-code for Meeting Rooms? Please advise if there might be a better option for my situation.

]]>When using firefox or chrome when the user needs to make a reservation he sees the calendar on top and the availability on the bottom with the hours to choose from on the left side, however, when using internet explorer these hours does not show up and the user must guess the time of the booking.

so you have a timespan of 1 hour for the booking hours and one of half an hour for a blackout so you can plan a lunchbreak of half an hour at noon without creating the possibility of having half an hour blank in the booking hours?
i use this plugin.. for the resource i set the maximum participants 20. first i make a booking with 10 participants, the plugin works well, the participants capacity changed to 10, but when i booking again with 16 participants at the same time as before, this plugin allows that… how could it be? if we count the total of participants is 26, although i already set only for 20
