The phone number of the client does not show in the calendar’s appointments (when you click on any reservation, in the Calendar).
We need the client’s phone number. It’s the most basic thing, to have the client’s information in his appointment details.

]]>Appointments booked aren’t cancelling on the front end calendar, so double bookings or over lapping bookings can occur. This seems to be a new problem. All appointments are approved but aren’t greyed out on calendar.

just bought, seen all these bad support tickets, went to the site, there is no support, went to the actual developer website, just an email, but they have several new products, but the same is for support for any of them. I see the big picture hes too busy making money to respond and fix it.

When submitting a form to schedule an appointment, this plugin throws a PHPMailer error. The solution was posted as a diff in an earlier (closed) thread.

I have found a wordpress 5.5 compatibility issue blocking me from upgrading our production site to wordpress 5.5 and latest booking ultra pro version:
When Booking Ultra Pro is trying to send out E-Mails after test user submits the booking form wordpress is showing a fatal error message. I have enabled the E-Mail setting “Send all Booking Ultra emails via SMTP” and email sending was working fine before upgrade to WP 5.5. and Booking Ultra Pro 1.0.81. All caching plugins where disabled for testing.
When enabling Debug mode wordpress shows following lines, indicating that there might be some code changes necessary to support wordpress 5.5:

Good morning. I would like to submit my requirement and ask if it is possible to implement it with your software:
I have a driving school. My need is for students to book the course that is paid for in the office, therefore no online transaction is needed. These courses are for example:
Monday – Wednesday and Friday
15-16 17-18 18.15-19.15
A maximum of 7 participants are expected due to space constraints and coronavirus regulations. After the 7 participants it must NOT be possible to book in that specific session.
Students can register the day before, for the day after but NOT beyond. Therefore they cannot book for several days or on any day of the week, but exclusively for the day following the booking.
Would it be possible to put these limitations with your plugin?
If it were possible, and it would be very nice, the possibility of sending an SMS confirming the booking. Not necessary though.
I understand that this can be complicated and I thank you for your kind reply.

I have tried it with 2 websites.
It just doesn’t seem to include the 1st & Last name in email confirmations after a booking appointment is made (either in the email to the client or to the email sent to us as the Website owner). Instead of 1st name and last name the emails includes the text “TESTING OF APPOINTMENT BOOKING”

I think the above is not difficult to fix. But I do think it is an issue at your end with the code in the plug in.
If you could get back in touch with me on this as a matter of urgency. It looks quite unprofessional to not include the client’s name in the emails and to have the text “TESTING OF APPOINTMENT BOOKING” in the emails.
