This plugin allows a shortcut code of [add_to_google_cal_button] in the email of Booking Calendar which is nice but it’s only useful for Google users. Is there a shortcut code or ability to send a generic .ics file in the email so users of other calendar services can easily add the event into their own calendar? Thanks.

So, even tough there are available slots, the user can only schedule, for example 30 min or an hour ahead, instead of right now.

Hello, I am trying to synchronize bokking Calendanr with booking.com.
I could import their ICS feed all right, but exporting is a problem.
I watched all your videos, but cannot understand what is the URL to copy in booking.com to export my feed. I tried with the name of the page where the canledar is inserted, with or without wpbm.ics, I tried with default as shown on video, no chance, I tried with only the name of the website, no way.
Whatever URL I try booking.com says the URL is not a valid one.
So what am i missing ?

Dear sir/madam, on the ics there is a line “ATTENDEE;CN=” in which you can see the name and the email of the client. How can i delete this line? I want the ics to contain only the dates and no other data. Thank you.

]]>Since a while, it’s no longer possible to enter your booking details on our website.
It only applies to the english version. The german and dutch version are fine.
Another peculiarity is that if you use tab when at the booking calendar, and then shift-tab you do get into the fields of the booking form.
I’ve tried loads of things with changing the theme of the site, reinstalling the calendar, etc. but nothing suffices.
Any help will do!

I’m having a problem importing a booking.com calendar to my Booking manager calendar. I copy the iCal link from booking.com and paste it in the import.ics section, a “[WPBM Error] File does not contain events” notification appears and nothing gets imported. Other instructions are obsolete and they do not help.

I’ve been trying to get this plugin to actually work with other pieces of software. Since there’s no google calendar export (which is ridiculous!), the only way I’ve been able to find a way around it is by using GAS-ICS-Sync to merge it into my calendar.
The script keeps throwing the error:
Error: invalid date-time value: “2021-05-01T::”
Their developers said –
Yeah, that's definitely weird (the calendar, not our script). Especially since there seems to be a different format used for DTSTART vs DTEND
DTSTART:20210430T000000
DTEND:2021-05-01T::
Seems that Google Calendar just treats it as midnight (same as T000000 in DTSTART)Yeah, it’s definitely not correct according to the RFC spec (https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2445.txt)
Isn’t the whole point of the RFC spec so all the ical stuff is the same??

I try to achieve that bookings are synced with Google calendar, but I don’t get it working.
What I need: The customers book an event and the date appears in the Google calendar.
I tried to use the additional plugin “Booking Manager”, but that only imports the existing Google Calender events (with .ics feed) in WordPress, I need it the other direction. I also used the instructions in the WPbookingCalendar Plugin, that also doesn’t work.
The FAQ and Support Forums didn’t help me, I didn’t find the answer that I was looking for. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

We are synchronising via iCal feed from https://nikdow.cbdweb.net/
When first installed, we created https://www.cbdweb.net/bookingcron/ called by

This was working.
Now if we visit directly the page https://www.cbdweb.net/bookingcron/ (You can try it) we see “0 events imported”. All events have been deleted from our calendar.

We have turned on your feature: “Trash all imported bookings before new import”,

I’m using it to display bookings from our booking service via an API call and it works very well.
We update our WP plugins using SVN according to WP guidelines. Problem at the moment, you have
Stable tag: 2.0.13
in /trunk/readme.txt
But the /tags directory there is no 2.0.13 tag present.
In the /trunk directory, index.php has
Version: 2.0.13
So our SVN update is not getting the update.
Same problem on the /booking plugin as well.
If you don’t want to use tags any more, you can change /trunk/readme.txt to
Stable tag: trunk
Support for iCall, then any hotel that has a Channel manager can support access to channels through it!

I’m currently working on building a website which uses Booking Calendar and this Plugin.
I found out that the export functionality of this plugin is kind of chatty when it comes to personal information of the guests which do the booking.
This is because all the booking information’s (in my case: name, second name & email,…) are exported in the detail-field of the ical-event.
This data is not just available unauthorized for everybody on the internet who has the ical-url but also shared to 3-th parties like airbnb, booking.com etc. since this is probably one of the main task of this plugin for most users.
I would like to see this fixed and the plugin not leaking personal data anymore.
I also think (but I’m not a law expert) that this behavior violates EU-Law.
I hope this is the right place for this.

Hello, we are using this nice plug-in along with Booking Calendar. It does show us a calendar on the website and i have inserted the shortcode on several pages.
The problem is de data is not accurate, the iCal calendar from our partner (homeaway.nl) is not showing the proper data, for example when we delete a item from homeaway.nl (the master calendar) it won’t make the days available again on our website (titania-friesland.nl)
Can you help me to solve this problem? I’ve had contact with homeaway already and they told me their data exported it right.

Hello. I am having issues with your plugins shortcodes for displaying ICS listings.
The [booking-manager-import …] shortcode for just displaying listings works fine. but the [booking-manager-listing] shortcode that’s supposed to render it as a calendar with Booking Calendar comes up with “0 listings”.

This plugin imports bookings from external systems and adds “ics@<mydomain.com>” as e-mail address (which is by default a non-existing emailaddress!!).
Then the Booking plugin start e-mailing all these newly imported bookers.
So there’s a whole bunch of e-mails going out to to a a non-existing address! And that just drives my hosting provider mad!
Why would you automatically add a non-existing e-mailaddress?
