I’m looking to allow one user role to be able to book an item for a max duration of one day, and a separate user role to be able to book for a 4 day max duration, all on the same item. Is there away to accomplish this with your plugin? I currently have free version but would happily upgrade if I knew i could get this functionality.

I was running some booking test with my Paypal sandbox and I did a test booking for a 1 day rental (july 30)
In my booking dashbord, the booking looks correct for the date July 30
But on the product calendar it sowed the “grayed date” july 29 and not july 30.
My server time and wordpress server is set on the same time zone.

We are testing this booking plug-in for our members-only badminton club. It works fabulous. The committee has a question: we like to charge if the user brings in guests to play. For example, the court is $15 per hour (we have set that) and a guest is charged $5 per person, how do I go about setting this? I tested with variable settings. It displays $15 without guests, or $20 if I choose one guest, but when I check out only $15 is displayed for payment. The variable price is not brought over to the checkout.
Has anyone done something like this?

I’m working for a Tourism company.
The thing is,
we may have 3 similar tours but different starting date.
For instance, the dates are
1st of July , 2nd of July and 3rd of July.
Each tour can cope up to maximum of 40 quantity.
When I set Block duration to 3, and let say I booked on 1st of July.
All quantities of 2nd of July and 3rd of July was taken too while I hope they remain untouched.
Is there workaround for this? For workaround, the only way I know is to set Block duration to 1 and justify that as Starting date instead of displaying Tour duration.
Willing to buy Premium if there’s any solution.
]]>I am having a user interface issue where the unavailable days are not showing correctly. For example, I have booked 4 nights (June 20-23); however, the UI only shows June 20-22 as unavailable. It is not until I try to book something for June 23 that it shows me it’s unavailable. Obviously the functionality is working correctly, but the display is not. It makes it look like there’s an error.

This is for booking photo shoots where each person in a group gets allotted a block of time and cost is calculated.
Currently I have the slot price set as $5, with additional price set for Adult and Child.
So for example:
Base price = $5
+ Adult x1 = $10
+ Slot = 1
——————–
Total = $15
Or
Base price = $5
+ Adult x1 =$10
+ Child x2 =$10
+ Slot = 3
——————–
Total = $35
I can get the app to calculate the price correct for ONE slot, but when the duration in increased, it calculates the person count + base cost multiplied by slots required into the final cost.
What I need it to do is calculate
Base Price
+ Adult count
+ Child count
——————–
TotalAnd slot count / duration to increase based on persons added.
I would have thought that the “Consider Persons Count as Separate Booking” would increase the slots number as required ? (it does not appear to do anything at all).
Hopefully there is a solution.

I purchased the plugin 1 year ago, because I looked for a booking plugin for my customer. I tried it, because you say, it has money payback guarantee. At last, it doesn’t know what I’m looking for, so I deleted the plugin, and write some emails to the support, to get my money back. No response.
Now it automatically charged me another 1 year fee (14,99) without any message or alert.
Could you please deactive my subscription, and get my money back?

We just write to the developers asking to solve a bug but no answer of them and we just ask for the refund. Now we Will se if they return our money back. Because to get money thats fast but yo get support thats bad.

Normally when a customer selects a date, the time dropdown changes to show the available hours. However, when trying to do the same thing in the mobile, the dropdown does not change the hours. It’s like it’s not reacting to the hours available for that particular day.
