Hi there,
Can someone help me find out why the timeline isn’t displaying on mobile?
(It works perfectly on pc)

How to solve this?
]]>Bold Themes appears to have adopted quite a predatory approach to their product offerings. One of their plugins consistently displays an obtrusive banner. Though it offers an ‘x’ to close it, this is just a temporary fix. As soon as you refresh the page, the banner pops back up.
Even more frustrating is the fact that this banner offers two actions: one to purchase the full version and another to snooze the notification for 14 days. However, the “Snooze for 14 Days” button appears to be nothing more than a facade. Clicking it yields no results.
The design choice seem to be more interested in exploiting users’ frustrations for monetary gain, rather than providing a seamless experience.
Please help me fix this if you’re aware of a solution.
Thanks,
Nisha
Hi
I have exactly the same problem
With the CSS code you provided (see the link of the first post), this is what it looks like on my end (desktop):
https://i.ibb.co/9cHfnLn/image.png
I would honestly also be very happy if you guys could rework the code so that this works.
As @portpass1974 writes, it doesn’t really work correctly on mobile either.
For me these CSS adjustments are too complex that I could do it myself and for @portpass1974 probably too, that’s why he asked again if you could adjust it.
Of course it would be best if this function would be integrated into the plugin for all users resp. could be switched on optionally with a switch.
Further it would be also ingenious, if one could activate the representation of the sticker (in the Classic layout) also for the Clean layout (also with a option switch; deactivated = representation as now in the Clean layout, activated = representation as in the Classic layout).
I would really like to use this plugin, but if this feature is not integrated, I guess I have to look for another plugin.
Best thanks for your support
Stefan
Hello Boldthemes, first of all, thank you for the great timeline plugin !
I have a small issue with the title, I imported the demo content but it seems that the title color isn’t black and I can’t find any way to change it.
Screenshot : https://prnt.sc/6IpmfxQw872n
I tried to input it with html attributes but it wouldn’t work.
Thank you !
]]>the connectors from the content’s icon to the content box are visible in the example design, but not in the product as I’m using it- and I’ve tried every available color picking setting. How can I get those connectors to show?
]]>Hi, why the marker and lines are gone on mobile? Only the text shows, it is possible to show it? Thanks
]]>Accessibility is a must if I am to recommend the purchase of Bold Timeline to my team, and alt text on images is a must in accessibility.
Based on what I am seeing in Cool Timeline Lite, the “clean” style timeline ignores alt text if it is present in the media library metadata for images used in the timeline.
Does this defect also exist in the paid version of the plugin?
]]>I’m using Bold Timeline Lite to try to evaluate the full version of the plugin for our use. However, we require a horizontal timeline. I find nothing in the Lite plugin’s settings or documentation pertaining to horizontal timelines.
Please confirm if Bold Timeline Lite supports only vertical timeline layouts?
Thanks,
Erik
Is there any way to have items on both sides of the timeline? I’m doing a historical timeline, and there’s an event about once every five years, but every event is on the left side. Is there any way to make it left-right-left-right to use all the width? Thanks
]]>I have a vertical timeline with items alternating left and right. It seems like whenever an item on the left is vertically longer than the next item on the right, and is then followed by a group, the group starts too high up. The next item will end up overlapping.
I can better explain using a screenshot of the problem.
This looks like a simple css fix, but i can’t figure it out. Could you help? Thanks in advance!
]]>Hello.
Bold Timeline Lite looks decent, but it seems to me it won’t be easy to take it beyond 9-10 items. Each item added automatically drops to the last place, bottom of the timeline. Then have to drag it up to where it belongs and insert it. What happens when there are more and more items on the timeline? The inserted item becomes farther and farther away from the desired insertion point. This doesn’t seem to be practical.
]]>Hello,
WP: 4.9.8
Plugin version: 1.0.7
I can install the plugin, but when I activate the plugin, my site goes down with error 500. I delete the plugin folder, and the site is up again.
I copied the plugin folder from another website that is running with a WordPress 5.x version, and the result is the same. Once I activate, error 500 ??
Can you check if this plugin is working with WP version 4.9.8 please?
I have no errors in my PHP error log, just the white screen of death.
Thanks,
Didier.
