I can’t seem to get the “…or have no excerpt at all” to work. Whether or not it is ticked the excerpt still shows.

I was just wondering, is there anyway I can set the shortcode to exclude current post? I could work around it by using 2 tags of course but it would make life easier.
My current shortcode is:
