I have added the BTEN to my newsletter section with a shortcode. I configured the plugin and setup an API key through mailerlite and it is pulling in my groups so I know the integration is passing data. When I try and subscribe to the form the wheel spins but it does not give an error nor a confirmation. I confirmed the subscription is not showing in mailerlite. I don’t know what more I can do to test this since everything seems to be configured correctly.

When I get the authorization code from aweber and plug it into my WordPress site in the Blossom Email Newsletter integration Settings, I keep getting the message “myurl.com says undefined”

On the homepage of the cookery theme, there are multiple ways of including a newsletter:
– a newsletter banner (uses shortcode – working)
– a newsletter section (uses widget – not working)
– a footer newsletter section (uses shortcode – working)

In both the newsletter banner and the footer newsletter section we have to paste a shortcode, and the subscription works. Whereas in the newsletter section we have to insert a blossomthemes email newsletter widget. The widget no longer registers the subscriptions to mailchimp and also doesn’t send to the confirmation page (if set).

I also tried to place the blossomthemes email newsletter widget in the sidebar and the same issue is present.

So there is definitely a problem with the widget. Could you please look into it?

UPDATE: I have tried adding a Text Widget in the newsletter section with the shortcode for the newsletter and it works fine (aside from the missing styling). So definitely a problem with the widget

I′ve installed the pluggin on my website, but when I fill out name and email this does not end up in my audience in mailchimp (although the api is installed and works according to the plugin). Any specific advice on this? Thank you in advance

I added an image to the Blossom pop-up newsletter. It looks great on desktop. However, on mobile, the image is cropped so only a part of it is shown. It’s important that the user sees the whole image since it is an Ebook cover that I use to collect email addresses.

Is it possible to put the image on top of the newsletter content (on mobile) instead of on the side (like on desktop)? This would make it clearer.

when i go to settings – and grab lists

it just shows a black box where the lists should be

I have your plugin connected with aweber.

It will be very good to allow adding the tag we want, I have my lists organized with tags and most of the advanced autoresponders work with tags.

beside tags allow to add hidden fields because we want to pass other values to other fields will be cool.

I have added Aweber and selected my list in the settings but when I go to update or even create a new Newsletter the Group/List will not show my list it still says i need to add an API but I have already done and connected to Aweber.

Hi all,

I’ve been using the newsletter plugin for a while and it worked fine until I removed the newsletter I used to use and created a new ones for testing purpose .

Somehow there was a moment when it stopped to show the current configured newsletter by short code on the web and instead is showing a deleted newsletter item.

I have tried to clear the cache , from browser and on wordpress admin (using different plugins) also restarting the apache server but nothing seems to work. The plugin is showing the same deleted item . Even more , if I create a new newsletter item the plugin looks like is ignoring the new setup.

Las try was to reinstall the plugin and once it gets activated ,it starts showing the same deleted item :S

My gut feeling is somewhere the plugin data installation is not being correctly removed and the plugin is not working fine anymore.

Need some help on this , any ideas ?

Plugin is blocking the whole screen on mobile devices and it is not possible to terminate the pop up on X by the costumer.. I disabled the plugin now as it is blocking me from making sales. Please fix this.

I’m using the BlossomThemes Email Newsletter plugin. On mobile, the subscribe button is only just about visible, and it is not obvious that it is a button. You cannot read the text: “Subscribe”.
Also, on desktop, the button is not quite aligned with the text box – but that’s not so essential.

I created different newsletter subscriptions for each place that the box should show, however on the pop up it doesn’t display correctly. Consequently I presently don’t have the pop up activated on the home page

The GDPR tick box is almost impossible to tick (just a small white vertical line visible) and there is no way to click the box away if someone doesn’t want to subscribe

I have a convertkit a/c connected to this

Originally I wanted to have the subscription notice on the header banner of the home page like in the demo but this was too big and ugly and I couldn’t work out how to change it to my liking

issues are –
1. after entering “mail chimp” API key, lists are not being displayed

2. On front end, no email id is accepted and a dialogue box saying “please enter a valid email” comes up.

I have just ran across a problem where I cannot select the checkbox for “by selecting this, you agree to our privacy policy” on mobile. This works on desktop!

On multiple mobile devices, it is impossible to check this box. It just highlights and then stays unchecked. Therefore you cannot submit the form.

Could someone please help me with this issue?

In the past the email sign up option at the bottom of the Home Page of Blossom Beauty theme was removed on the request of the business owner. Now, the business owner wants me to reinstate the same. I could enable to show newsletter section from Customize > General Settings > Newsletter Settings. But I did not see any changes on the home page. I remember this feature was at the bottom of home page. Please advise how to reinstate. Thanks.

Hello, after plugin update my checkboxes I use on the site dissapeared. Inspector pointed me to the blossomthemes-email-newsletter-public.min.css where I found global styles:

That’s quite destructive for a website, I supppose it is a bug?

For now I worked around the problem by downgrading to previously used version 1.2.5.

Aweber says I should not need an API or APP ID to use a 3rd party plugin? Are there any step by step configuration videos or snapshots on how to link an Aweber account to my Blossom Newsletter? Aweber said they couldn’t help me on their end. Please Advise?

Hi. I cant seen to get this plugin to pull in the lists I have in Mailchimp.
When I test it without the list, the person isn’t subscribed.

I’m using this with the Blossom Coach theme on a fresh WordPress install.
