]]>Good day!
One day the plugin stopped updating the current date.
After the version of WordPress was updated, the calendar disappeared altogether. We had to make a back-up of the site.
Could you help please, with it.
]]>I have put in the calendar widget but it doesn’t show any navigation to change months. There’s only a link to get the previous month’s posts. I want visitors to be able to cycle through previous months and click on a date to see all the posts on that date, say three or four months in the past.
Is this possible?
]]>There’s literally nothing out there that does what this plugin does. 1) Provides a clear tool tip that loads fast. 2) Tool tip shows multiple posts for one day 3) Displays posts with a post dated date (THIS IS HUGE). Good luck finding anything that does what this thing does.
]]>Guys,
I’ve been looking into why this plugin no longer works when linking from the calendar to the post.
As you know this thing has not been updated. This is sad.
When you click the header of the post it will take you to a link like this https://www.yourdomain.com/?p=2664
WordPress I belive has changed their permalink syntax. The correct link would be
https://www.yourdomain.com/?page_id=2664
To boil it all down all links will be dead. This plugin is……….DEAD…….
]]>Would it be possible to use some javascript callback function etc. to hook onto a next/prev month click? So if someone clicks the next month link, I could do something with javascript, in this case load the current month posts outside the calendar itself.

]]>Hi, is it possible to change the view of this calendar so that you can see 4-6 month at once? Thanks!
]]>I just purchased the Antenna theme, which came with Calendar widget and the calendar is working except you only know a post was made on a certain date by hovering over that date (the date changes color on hover) – it seems from the examples the date is supposed to be a different color from the rest of the dates before even hovering, but it’s not. All the dates are the same color. How do I fix this? and is there a way to specify the color I want the date to show?
]]>Hi! Has anyone tried to use this plugin in a multilingual WordPress installation? I can only get the post titles and url of the calendar in the main language of my WordPress (with Qtranslate). Any ideas? Does it work for you?
]]>hi!

The widget don’t show my categories. I’m using WPML this is a problem for the plugin?
Hi guys. Long shot here, but when you hover on a date on the calendar – is it possible to edit the position where the list of posts pops up? or instead deactivate it altogether – and make the click of a date display all the posts on a separate page? Trying to figure it out through the .js and .php files but struggling.
Thanks.

]]>Hi,
I’d like to place the calendar in a page rather than in a sidebar. Is this possible?
Thanks.

]]>I am using latest version 1.1 and since the last WP update 3.8.1 (no other modification of the blog were made) – the navigation area and title appears, but the calendar area is not showing. I have tried replacing the plugin folder with a fresh copy and no success.
Blog site: https://www.asiancoop.com
I just got done with styling the calendar for like an hour…only to find that when I click the “prev month” and “next month” links, it will load new events going forward, but then fails to refresh the calendar going backward. And the “<<” and “>>” buttons at the top actually clear all events from the calendar no matter which way you go. So does actually clicking on a day (clears all events). Seriously?
Wish I had tested better before spending the time to style!
Help?

I downloaded the plugin and am using it with the latest version of JQuery. Apparently live()
is deprecated and shouldn’t be used.
I was able to fix this by change line 149 in the plugins/blog-post-calendar-widget/js/wp_calendar.js
file from
jQuery('.ui-datepicker-next, .ui-datepicker-prev, .wp-cal-prev, .wp-cal-next').live('click', function (){
to
jQuery('.ui-datepicker-next, .ui-datepicker-prev, .wp-cal-prev, .wp-cal-next').on('click', function (){
Strangely, it still didn’t work for me so I ended up writing in this rule for my CSS to get it to appear (because the JQuery event written between 159 and 166 in that same file would not work for me):
`#calendar_wrap td.WP-Cal-popup:hover .wp-cal-tooltip {
display:block;
}`
Hope that helps people. Great plugin otherwise.

his plugins seems unable to be used in wp 3.6.1.
The parts of title and the squares for display each day are not able to be shown.
I only can see the links for next and previous month.

Hi,
I have been using you great plugin for a while. Recently I updated the NextGEN Gallery to 2.0. A lot of issues exists with that upgrade it seems, but one of the features that I started using is the possibility to set a featured image to a post from the NGG gallery.
When doing that some new entries goes into wp_posts with post_type = “attachment”.
After that the Blog Post Calendar Widget shows no entries but just has the wheel turning all the time. Could the new post_type be the cause of this?
Another small issue. I live in Denmark where the week begins with Monday (and not Sunday). It would be nice in the future if the plugin used the General Setting “Week starts on” to base the Calendar on.
]]>Hi Ron! =D
First of all thank you very much for this plugin, it’s exactly what I needed!
I just have a few issues/questions.
– The posts appear in the calendar only when I’m connected as administrator, and I would like them to be visible for every visitor even non-logged ones. Is it normal? Is there an way to change that?
– The tooltip doesn’t show entirely, it’s cut on the left when it reaches the limit of the widget area. Sorry, I don’t know how to explain it… https://i34.servimg.com/u/f34/11/21/92/58/image010.png
It’s possibly due to the theme, I really don’t know, any idea?
Thanks ^^
