Hello, is there an update for the Blog Filter plugin with the new version of WordPress 6.7, as the plugin is currently not working right in my website.

I have around 12 blogs on my site and I was looking for a way to show them in a neat grid type of style. I read as much as I could and accessed the settings to add features. I clicked on the “Generate short code” button and it was then that I didn’t know which part of my site I should paste it onto. Any help on this would be a godsend. At the moment the blogs are listed 1 by 1 at the bottom of my blog pages.

I have also noticed that a comments section has been added to the blog pages. I have a comments section already on my pages from WPForms. Should I just delete the extra ones?

It’s possible to change the color of Blog Buttons, but I can’t find an option to change the text color of the buttons. Is it possible in any way?

EDIT: also noticed that the Blod Search Field looks different on the free version compared to the premium trial version, but I can’t find any options to change the appearance. Also, the “Search mechanic” does not work as well on the premium trial – it only finds posts when All categories are selected.

Hi, thanks for this nice plugin. At the moment the description (.bf_desc_1) doesn’t respect the text formatting used in the actual post. F.e. line break and bold text etc. Is it possible to enable this?

Will this plugin work and filter with custom post types / custom taxonomies?

We would like to customise the blog filter where “filteredOut” posts are greyed out instead of removed. Then have the “filtered in” posts to be moved to the top.

I don’t find any information on your site that explains updates and support when you buy a license. If you buy the bundle it does say these both are included for one year. Does this apply to single purchase plugins also and what do you pay if you want to continue updates and support for additional years?

The personal license is for one website. Does that include development sites on subdomains or local installations?

We bought your filter and we are quite satisfied with its efficiency. My issue is that I wish to disable masonry, which means I want a perfect grid with a perfect alignment. (3 in a row for a total of 5 posts now)

PS : I tried CSS yet results were not appealing, gaps are still taken in consideration and images are also cropped
PPS : Is there an image resolution / size you recommend as to show it entirely when browser zoom is 100%

I have installed ?Blog Filter?, created a shortcode and inserted it on a test page (URL see above)

On desktop and tablet it works fine, on mobile (iPhone SE2, iOS 16.1) the buttons appear, but the spinning wheel keeps turning and the posts do not appear.

Is there anything I could do about it?

Can this plugin be used to display pages as well as posts?
i.e can this plugin be used to display a list pf pages that have a certain category?

Please let me know whether there’s a way to show the iframe instead of the code, below the featured image. Currently, the iframe is pasted in the post’s excerpt field, which causes the code to show on in the post grid/archive layout.

In short, the client simply wants to display the filters at the top, together with the post’s featured image and excerpt (no hyperlinks, etc.). They want it all on one page…

We have Font Awesome set up on our site to display brand icons in the footer. They appear fine on all pages EXCEPT the page that utilizes the Blog Filter plugin. On this page, the icons in the footer appear wonky (YouTube doesn’t appear at all and LinkedIn displays a different icon than the “square” that is specified).

is there a way to remedy this so the icons appear the same throughout the site?

2. i have tried the demo and I have found that once we select a filter, we cannot deselect it show all the posts are shown, is there a way to deselect the filter?

I recently implemented the Blog Filter Code on a Page, for a Website i am building.
Now i have the issue, that for this specific page, 2 things i implemented in the Menu are not working properly.

1. I have a Icon in the Menu (For Language selection). The icon is not showing on that page.

2. I have a Modal Pop-Up Link in the Menu, with the corresponding HTML in the Footer, that is not working at all (not Pop-Up is showing, nothing happens when i click the Link). I tried adding the HTMl on the page before the Blog Filter Code.
That made it, so the Pop-Up opens, but i can’t click anything there.

The Theme is AVADA, noticable Plugin is WP-Rocket.

Can anybody help me?

my goal is to have 1 page with all posts from all categorys visible, no default category selected. But then i want to have a link to the same page, whith a category already selected. So i can list all the categorys in the Menu, and users are able to go to the category in the Menu, but i only have 1 page, so i don’t need a page for every categroy i have. Is that possible in some way?
