Hi, please provide an export import support for patterns created in your plugin, that will be helpful in moving pattern to new site.
]]>I am experiencing an issue when inserting a block pattern on any page, where the styling disappears after the page is published/updated. The thing is that it only happens when I’m logged in as “Shop manager”. For “Admin” it works fine. Screen recording: https://det.maksimer.es/vUquC3
Blocks used in pattern:
– Kadence Row Layout
– Kadence Advanced heading
– Kadence Spacer/divider
– Kadence Advanced button
Running WordPress 5.7.2, Block Pattern Builder 1.1.0 and Kadence blocks 1.10.9
]]>I currently have an issue where accessing the pattern page in the editor will instantly crash. We have just a couple of block patterns in our library and I would like to know if this is a known issue waiting for an update of the Block Pattern plugin or is it something else on my side of things.
Running WP 5.7.2 and Block Patterns 1.1.0
Thanks
Julien
]]>Using WP 5.6 with an underscore theme, I have the Gutenberg plugin 9.7.1 in place. It is on a local server, latest WAMP (php 7) on windows 10.
When I am working on a page with a pattern created with the plugin on it, I find that I cannot browse the possible blocks. Then it fails completely when I have made any changes from the small number of blocks offered when you press the + . That is if you are trying to update the block pattern.
At present I am just trying this out in order to make use of the patterns created with the plugin on a plublic site.

I like the plugin but how do you create the category for the pattern you create with it? The template I created comes up when I choose the uncategorised. However, if I want to create a greate many patterns for different uses, it would be quite inefficient to apply them, e.g. scrolling through a great number of uncategorised patterns each time.
Thanks for your help through this plugin. I hope it can be improved and eventually incorporated into WP itself.
]]>Hi Justin,
I stumbled upon a strange bug. When I select some text in the block editor in a paragraph or heading AND keep it selected (mousedown) AND move the cursor (accidently) out of the editor area the block editor crashes.
I have not had this often myself but some of my editors are less mouse-steady and frequently lose content this way. So I turned the block pattern plugin off to solve the problem for now.
PS Running the latest version of all plugins on WP 5.5.3. It happens in recent browsers (tested on Firefox 83 and Chrome 87).
]]>I have the plugin in use in two unpublished sites, that both are multisite installs and WordPress 5.5.1.
When editing pages editor crashes down at least when adding a reusable block to page and trying to edit that.
Can be reproduced with TwentyTwenty theme and Block Pattern Builder is only active plugin.

While I can still create patterns just fine with Block Pattern Builder, I can no longer add them to pages, because they’re no longer listed the Patterns tab of the block inserter. All that’s listed there now is the default demo patterns from the Gutenberg plugin itself. Is this from an API change in Gutenberg 8.4.0?
]]>Do you anticipate adding Gutenberg’s new ability to place patterns in one or more categories to the patterns created via Block Pattern Builder?
]]>This is a wonderful plugin, do you have any plans to add the export as JSON function that is seen in the reusable blocks interface?
]]>As of Gutenberg 8.1.0 (released today!), the preferred function call is register_block_pattern
