Hi,
in the “Create an account page” in frontend ( using Buddypress plugin ) the button that should be displayed at the end of the form is hidden “Complete Sign Up”.
if i disable your plugin, it is back again.
Any idea how to solve this ?
Thanks in advance for your help
Will this work for review and contact form spam as well or just comments?

It might be more inviting to the less technical user to start with a generalised and less technical overview, to warm up them up before we get to the meat of it. It could be inserted before your technical description. Change it as you see fit (as it sounds like me) but something like;
cite: Philip – A simple to use plugin that stops automated spam. Install and forget, and any automated spam targeting your native WordPress comments is immediately terminated, and never gets written to your WP database. Automated spam will never show up in your spam queue. Ever.
Professional spammers use programs to automate their spamming. The ‘Block Comment Spam Bots’ (BCSB) plugin counter-targets their process, nipping it in the bud.
As no legitimate user will use the professional spammer’s automated process which relies on cURL and WGET commands, real users will never notice the BCSB plugin at work. There are no CAPTCHAS for your visitors to interact with.
On the admin side, there are no blacklists, special keys (like Askimet), or overloaded spam queues.
Install the plugin and that’s it. Invisible, to you and your visitors. The only change your notice, in your admin area, is that your list of new comments now has a green check next to them. That way you know that comment was made on your website and was not bypassed by hacking spammers connecting directly to your server.
All that remains is comments made by real people, and while real people can spam, it takes them time and effort. The amount of spam from real people is a lot more manageable than the tsunami from automated spammers, saving you time to concentrate on the important things in life, like your readers, and making connections.
We’ve tested it on multiple websites and it wipes out automated spam completely. If it doesn’t on your site, please let us know.
Technical stuff; (your description text)
Or something like that. Also I’d throw on your company logo as the thumbnail for branding.

]]>Another issue I noticed is the IDs for comments reported by another plugin (‘Reveal IDs’ v 1.5.4, by Oliver Schl?be) is not correct. I use this plugin to show the IDs of pages, posts and comments, in admin, but after installing your plugin the IDs came up as a long string of numbers and letters broken up with hyphens instead of the usual neat number. I checked my WordPress install’s database, and it seems to have not altered anything (a nice neat number in the database as always despite being processed by your plugin), and the IDs of the comments are correct on the actual post/ page (viewed source in browser).
You mentioned in my first support question that it might be a filter that caused the admin reply issue. I wonder if this issue is related or perhaps a clue?
Anyway, fantastic work and I hope you update it.

]]>I like this plugin as it seems to have stopped all spam dead, and yet real posters can still leave comments.
The only issue I’ve found is that when I tried to reply to a comment direct from the home admin page (within the little widget thing). When I pressed the button to ‘approve and reply’ it came up with a error and telling me I was a spammer! LOL. I was able to post a reply a comment from the actual webpage (not from the admin control panel).
Is this in the works to be updated?
]]>When logged in admins reply to a comment through the admin area, the plugin marks them as spam and blocks them.
Could you investigate please?
hello,
Recaptcha does not block spam anymore, can I add your plugin and keep recaptcha ?
I was looking for a simple question captcha but could not find it.
After reading your plugin front page it looks interesting, but I am wondering if you are still working on it?
Thank you so much.
