Hi, I’m a webmaster and I’m having a little problem with your plugin.
I installed bitpay for woocommerce. I installed woocommerce and I added products. Then I created the bitpay account code as you explained in the FAQ. So far so good, I have configured everything perfectly. But when I try to buy a product and choose to pay with bitcoin, you open a blank, white page and do not load anything. I can not understand where I’m wrong. I think I did everything right, I chose livenet. I am an expert I have no difficulty in these things.
But there seems to be a problem of page referencing or similar things.
all other methods work.
Do I have to do some other particular configuration, such as the redirect url?
Thank you
]]>Hello,
I am using Bitpay woocommerce plugin for bitcoin payment with test environment (testnet) now, i have got some coin to test it, now everything is working and payment has made successfully.
But after payment i want to refund the amount from backend (https://prntscr.com/l4cb7p)
but i have not received bitcoins on bitpay account wallet (testnet), so is this possible to receive refund coin using testnet or it will work only live environment or is there a another way to refund the amount (coin) with it?

Following the instructions precisely, on this page:
https://bitpay.com/integrations/woocommerce
I’m already logged in to both my woocommerce site, and my bitpay account. I’m trying to get the API Token so I can integrate bitpay with woocommerce.
Every time I go to create a pearing code per the instructions I’m taken into a loop and can never get to the page! Specifically, the link redirects me to a login page. I log in again, and there is no reference to an API or Token or anything. Each time, I’m presented with a log-in page and get nowhere. I log in and there is no reference whatsoever to and API token anywhere. What am I doing wrong? Ah – Rather than tell me what I’m doing wrong, please tell me exactly how to access the Token so I can integrate my woocommerce site. Thanks.

Hello,
I want to ask the authors to offer a .pot file on english for this plugin so I can make the translation to my language (HR_hr) and have better integration on my woocommerce website.
Thank you.
]]>I’ve entered my pairing code/token into the API Token field, and I keep getting a message of “Unable to pair with Bitpay”. Any suggestions on how to make this work?
]]>Where is the new version 2.2.13 that you reference on https://github.com/bitpay/woocommerce-plugin/issues/80
]]>Hello,
How am I supposed to integrate Bitpay with WooCommerce? it is asking for a pairing code?? Also how do I get paid using this and how do I teach my customers how to checkout using bitpay? The support on bitpay.com is non-existent, unfortunately. They have a toll free number that leads nowhere except back to their website, there is no live chat or even email support. Not very comforting. Then I see that the reviews on this plug in are also very shaky and how do i even know if I have downloaded the correct version? The version on github didn’t work. When i tried to upload it to my wordpress dashboard, it said there was nothing located inside the zip file. I downloaded another version but its asking me for a pairing code???? What pairing code?? I really need a live person or at least live chat. Please respond. Thank you!

This appears at the top of the page when products are selected. It’s a little scary in appearance and I’d like to get rid of it. If you have knowledge of or can investigate this WARNING, you are appreciated. Thank you!

I have not installed mcrypt as it is not available for CentOS (for a good reason). Is this plug-in able to function without mcrypt?

And – I can’t a language file for translation into german. How can I translate the plugin?

If I click ‘Pay with Bitpay’ I bounce successfully to a Bitpay QR invoice. If I just hit back, that order has been created (is ‘on hold’) but that has also triggered a “New Order!” email to me and an order receipt to customer.

When I did the pairing code it never showed anything on the woocommerce settings page to indicate… well anything. On the API page, however, it shows the request associated with my web server.
I just tried a test order and got
