PHP 7.3 Compatibility

PHP 7.3 will now toss out Warnings reading:
“continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”?
In the case of this plugin, it seems that a changing from ‘continue’ to ‘continue 2’ on Lines 1077 and 1095 of simple-history/loggers/SimplePluginLogger.php will get rid of the warning (and likely upcoming error in future PHP versions), and the plugin still works as expected (for me).

I will release a new version now, I do however change the
continueto abreakinstead because PHP says:> In PHP, if continue is applied to a switch statement, it behaves the same as break.
