I’m having some trouble with Bitform. I carefully created a registration form from scratch, making it quite complex and setting up everything, including the SMTP, email templates, and other settings. However, I realized that my submit button disappeared after I used “Ctrl + Z,” likely due to a bug. I also noticed that some fields were missing, but I believe they’re just hidden since I can see duplicate fields in the “Entries” tab from the ones I recreated.

At first, I thought the submit button could be recreated, so I made a new one. I spent time designing it nicely and filling out all the fields to test it. However, after clicking my beautifully recreated submit button multiple times, there was no redirection or success message. After several minutes of checking, I realized that the original submit button was unique and couldn’t actually be removed or replaced.

Could you please assist me in making the original submit button visible again and restoring the hidden fields?

Signature field shows up as a plain code in Telegram, and as a little distorted kinda “image” in email, when I click the “form fields” in Templates.

Is it possible to send it as a link directly? Like it shows in the “responses” in Bit form backend. Thanks.

I want to use one form on multiple pages. I want only logged in users to be able to submit the form, and they can only submit it once in 30 days per page. Same form can be submitted on another page, but only once in 30 days on each page. Thanks.

I am using conditional logic for calculations in my form. However, for some of my Totals the result is showing the formula (eg. 50+50++) instead of the result (100)

In the order of my conditions, the calculations are as follows:

1. Calculating ‘Amount 1-4’ by [Kilometer 1]*0,21
2. Calculating hidden field ‘Total KM costs’ by [Amount 1]+[Amount 2]+[Amount 3]+[Amount 4]
3. Calculating hidden field ‘total other costs’ by [Amount in Euro 1]+[Amount in Euro 2]+[Amount in Euro 3]+[Amount in Euro 4]
4. Calculating hidden field ‘total all’ by [Total km costs]+[Total other costs]

Calculation 1 and 2 work, however 3 shows the formula instead of the result. Therefore 4 shows the calculated total of KM costs, plus the formula of 3.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I will like to know if it’s possible to add buttons that perform certain actions to the response list page, example might be a form used to collect analytics data which is being visualised on the Website front end and when the response d being reviewed we can have a button that accepts the submission which then triggers an action like send to Google spreadsheet or reject to delete the submission.

I instal new version of Bit Form and onlu what its showing its black screen, for secound is showing on the beggining screen with the update inforamtion and then black screen.

so I have a form on my front page but each time I submit it it just refreshes the page and does not submit it.

I am using the free version of BitForm so I’m not sure if that is an issue but i did check in the form builder preview and the form seems to work.

The theme I’m using is Blocksy as well as the page builder Gutenberg, i checked the form both on short code block as well as BitForm block both don’t work.

I have attempted to submit data on the WhatsApp API URL using a custom redirection URL with the desired format:

Email: john_email

Unfortunately, using %0A for line breaks doesn’t seem to work when redirected to the WhatsApp API and the message format becomes a paragraph without line breaks on WhatsApp like this:
Name: John Doe Email:[email protected] Phone: 12356578

Additionally, I encountered some challenges in understanding how to efficiently insert Bit Form’s field keys for URL encoding. In comparison, other form builders, such as Formidable Form, offer a more straightforward approach by allowing users to include field shortcodes directly in custom URLs, like this:

However, incorporating field keys in Bit Form seems less intuitive, as depicted in the attached screenshot. It took me around 25 minutes to grasp the process. This marks my third interaction on the WordPress support forum regarding Bit Form. While I appreciate your efforts, I have not found the functionality and user-friendliness I expected. I refrain from delving into more issues encountered, but I genuinely hope to see significant improvements in Bit Form’s functionality and user interface in future updates.
