Hello,

can the pro version of the widget be set so that it is always open for desktop and closed by default for mobile devices?

if not can we simply implement this via css?

I’m encountering a delay in loading the widget content on my site. The content appears only after all other elements have loaded, causing a delay of about 2-3 seconds.

I’ve already:

• Checked for conflicts with other plugins (none found).
• Switched to a default WordPress theme (issue persisted).
• Ensured both WordPress and the plugin are up to date.
• Trigger Widget is on 0

Could you please advise on how to address this delay?

The Bit Assist Widget is only visible on my page when I am logged in. As far as I’m logged out of WP backend, it disappears. What could be the reason?
