The developer of the plugins never bnother to resolve the issues

Plugin doesnt work, even after raising the issue multiple times on email,
the developer doesnot respond to any of the mail,
its more than 60 days now, we are tryin to contatct them we have paid for the plugin and it was just a waist.

How to Translate “personal information”. text

Go try and create an account on the link provided without entering a birthday. It does not require me to put anything in the birthday field it just goes straight in.

If you forget first or last name you get an error message, but not if you forget your birthday.

Does not work with Ultimate Member User Registration. The field is there and it looks good.

Then i tested it and noticed the birthday field is the only thing not working.

Please advise how to fix or debug.

Coupon setting for ‘Individual Use Only’ is checked by default. I can’t find any option on settings to disable it. Is there any way to disable it on coupon creation? Thanks!

Can you please clarify on which day time the email is sent.
Is that time configurable? Can I change it in code?

I tried this plugin and it does not create coupons neither send them.
After installation, I enabled it by checkbox “Enable birthday discount vouchers” and configured “Coupon Before Birthday” to 7 days.
Then I registered with a new user and set his birthday to 4 days from today. So according to my understanding, the plugin supposed to generate a new coupon and send it to the user since his birthday is in 4 days which is less than configured 7 days.

The result of this quick test was: Coupon was not created and email not sent.
This is very sad since the plugin does exactly what I need and I would even pay for it in case it would work.

My configuration is:
– WordPress: 5.6
– WooCommerce ver: 4.9.1
– PHP ver: 7.3.17

Hi great plugin thank you for having a free option. Is there a way to remove the birthday request from the checkout page? Maybe a hook or somethin? I only need it on the registration form, not on the sell form. Cheers! ??

I’m trying to figure out how can I send Coupon email exactly on birthday date. I see that by default plugin sends emails 1 day before user birthday, but when I set this option to 0, I didn’t recieve any email.

Hello! When the plugin is activated, the fields “name” and “second name” in the form of a payment address disappear on the checkout page. When deactivated, the fields reappear. Can this be fixed?

Hi,

A client is using your plugin. When the plugin is activated we lose weird options such as not able to access drop down screen options and site health tools never completes.

There are no specific errors in debug mode.

Once deactivated those functions start working again.

I reactivatved the plugin, loaded enable Jquery migrate helper plugin to see if that would solve the issue. It did not help the plugin so I deactivated the birthday discounts plugin.

When Birthday Discount Vouchers is activated the media files are not shown in the library.

Where can i see the page or options that shows birthday email sent? I’m trying to test it on my account on a local environment.

Great plugin! I want to use your plugin on my website but I see the last update was 4 months ago. Do you plan to develop and maintain your plugin in the future?

It would be useful to have additional shortcode for the email {DISCOUNTAMOUNT}.

It should print amount followed by % or currency (10% or 10$ etc.)

Hi,

Since I updated Woocommerce 3.8.0, the wordpress admin side had presented lots of pb :
– not any dropdown in admin menu
– impossible to drag and drop elements on dashboard
– some buttons in the admin do not work anymore

I searched a lot why.

The only way to make it work again was to deactivate WooCommerce Birthday Discount Vouchers plugin.

Do you have some idea of the pb ?

I recently downloaded your plugin to test it out. It seems to work great, with one glitch. I set my birthday to a few days from now, so I could receive a birthday coupon by email. I ended up getting 20 emails, each with a unique coupon code.

Any idea why that’s happening, or what I should do to fix it? Obviously, I don’t want it sending 20 slightly different coupons to each customer on their birthday. It should only send one email with one unique coupon code.

I’m using the most up-to-date versions:
– Birthday Discount Vouchers v1.0.2
– WooCommerce v3.7.1
– WordPress v5.2.4

I also tried deactivating and re-activating your plugin, but the issue persists.

WooCommerce Birthday Discount Vouchers questions

I installed this plugin because I want to know users’ birthday and send them coupon.
Here are some questions I find it difficult to solve:

1.Can I hide them(both name and birthday) in my checkout page?
I just want them to fill in the blank when they registered or edit in their personal information page, showing in the checkout page may be unnecessary and bothering them.

2.If my users already registered to my web, I just installed this plugin yesterday, can they also get the email before their birthday? I even created a new account yesterday to test and haven’t received any mail.

3.How can I edit the word”personal information” in the”my account”page? I want it to be “birthday” and in my language.

When customising the birthday email that is sent to customer I realise you can use the shortcode {USERNAME} to display the customers actual username, but is there a shortcode to print their first name? – Maybe {FORENAME} for instance?
