I keep getting a page where it tells me to input otp code. I never get it, so I click resend and it never comes… what’s going on here? please help me.

If bigly plugin activated and any order placed in my website then it shows internal server error and when it deactivate,order placed successfully but the images of bigly are not showing in my website.
