We are unable to sync our store with WordPress. We are seeing the following error in the BigCommerce debug.log.

We recently added the capability for users to pay via paypal (just disabled the feature as it crashes for mobile users) it worked fine on desktop but not sure if there is a bug when it comes to paypal or not; the majority of users are buying on their cell phones so this would be an ideal payment gateway to have
]]>We have been using the integration for over a year with no issues, but yesterday we started receiving:
“There was an error syncing your products. Please try to import again. If the error persists, please contact support.” This error message pops up during step 9/13 of the sync “adding listings to channel”
I reached out to BigCommerce support, they confirmed all the API actions were succseful on their end so it is a WP issue. I worked with our hosting provider to check server logs for any issues and they confirmed everything is ok. All plugins are up-to-date and latest version of WP.
No site code changed, so I am really lost as to how to fix.
The site is currently broken and my client is understandably upset. Anyone have any other ways to debug or fix this?

As soon as I activate Bigcommerce for WordPress, it breaks my site so bad I have to delete the plugin through cPanel. I tried it several times, even with the other plugins deactivated. I also deactivated Elementor and Elementor Pro. We don’t even get the plugin’s setup page.
The only thing all pages display is the warning: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

]]>Hello, when users are either trying to register an account or login to their account via the WordPress website… they continually get this error message “Please check that you have entered your email address and password correctly.”
The user account is showing up as created in the backend of WordPress. Just they can never login. I even change the password as an Admin inside of WordPress and still the same error.

I am seeing a PHP Warning on the bigcommerce/templates/admin/query-builder.php at line 67 and 68 where a property is being read on a boolean value.
I have applied a temporary fix directly on the file, but I’m afraid this will be overwritten on the next update. Is there a better way to implement this fix, like putting a copy of the template file on the child theme? Or can you have this fixed on the next update?

]]>As the title indicates, I’m using BC4WP and have it configured to use the embedded checkout. The feature seems to work flawlessly, as long as the user/customer is currently logged into their account.
If a guest / non-logged in customer attempts to checkout, the iframe that loads the BigCommerce checkout form refuses to show. Inspecting the page reveals little help:
“Uncaught (in promise) NotEmbeddableError: Unable to embed the iframe because the content could not be loaded.”
The problem persists in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. I’ve tried everything I can think of to resolve the issue, including using official WP themes and disabling all plugins, all to no avail. There must be a setting or something I’ve missed. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated!

The problem we are facing is that when we add the Klaviyo tracking code is not picking the right product variable values, and we are not able to find the correct variable names from the WordPress front end to replace them on the script so that it should pass these values to Klavio, here is the guide to add the script on Bigcommerce site.
We have successfully added the script on the site and it’s sending information to Klaviyo but it’s not picking up the right product values its sending the values as it’s written in the script.

I am trying to show the “Out of Stock” message that is currently showing on the products that have 0 inventory in a different location in the product card. I have copied the \bigcommerce\templates\public to a \bigcommerce\ directory under my theme so that I can edit the templates.
I can see the reference to the inventory level in the product-title.php template <?php echo $inventory; ?>
I would like to use this same <?php echo $inventory; ?> in the product-card.php template, but when I put the <?php echo $inventory; ?> in the product-card.php template, I am not seeing the “Out of Stock” message where I am placing it.
Is there a way for me to show the “Out of Stock” message in a different place on the product-card.php template? Thanks in advance.
