I purchased this plugin, then loaded it in a DIVI site. The free plugin worked but the paid did not. I sent a support request but never heard back.

I purchased the pro version of this plug-in for $5 and it is so worth it!

Excellent support – I emailed the author asking how to change a setting (the length of time for the custom image preloader to fade) and he rewrote the option in to the plug-in for me.
