Hi,
When I load my pages The text appears before content. This is one link for example: ” https://www.errenne-betatest.com/camillapiana/portfolio/ti_ascolto/ “. Thanks
I read it and tryed everything on the previous posts. Can someone tell me please how to use it? Many thanks.
]]>Any way that one can use the read more on a partial section of a post?
On a post I have a large text followed by images and would like to hide just part of the text never hiding the images…
Thanks!
Apparently there is no longer any support, as far as getting questions answered or even a response, for this plugin. It has been over 3 weeks for me and I even tried to contact Springbox to no avail. It’s too bad, as it is the only one that even remotely works “out of the box” for me. I would be more than willing to make a donation if it could work a little more to my liking as described in topic “How to keep more text/link inline with content”. Oh, well, just another disappointment!
]]>Thank you for this plugin. It is the only one that seems to work without adding anything to ‘The Loop’ – and I can’t get those that require that modification to work anyway. My main issue is that I would like the link to remain inline with my page content and not drop down to the next line (actually, I think it skips two). Put another way, when I click the link, I would like my page text at the ‘More tag’ position to continue on the same line after the link disappears. It would look much cleaner that way. Not a deal breaker, as I finally have something that at least works, but it would be much nicer. I have tried to make this work the way I want by using the custom CSS option to no avail. I tried the ‘inline’ option for display, thinking that would do the trick. I have tried options associated with clear and float with no luck. The result is always that the link appears below the ‘more tag’ point. Is there a way to “fix” this? I realize that it may not be a bug but a feature, but maybe there is way to make it an option as either inline OR line break in settings. Also, I notice that when selecting the ‘show less’ option, that it doesn’t show up right away. I have to scroll all the way down to the end of the page to find a ‘(more)’ link. Not sure where that is derived from as I left the ‘more text’ option to the default of ‘click here to continue reading’. If I click ‘(more)’, the extra text that was revealed by clicking the ‘click here to continue reading’ link goes away and I am now back to the top with the excerpt, but the link now shows as (less). That functionality seems not correct and backwards by term (‘less’ = ‘more’ & vice versa). Clicking on that will expand the page text back out as if I had clicked the original show more link. Sorry this is so long, but I know very little about CSS, web page programming, and WordPress in general, but I am learning, and wanted to make sure you understood the issues. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Oh, so you know, I am using the 2010 theme, but that doesn’t seem to be related to the issues. Thank you, Don C.

]]>I’m sorry, I must be really dumb, but how do I use this Better read more??
I can install it, change settings, but how do I use it on a page? I can’t find any link/button on the Page-page to use it, nor can I find any instructions anywhere how to use it..
I am getting these error codes:

this is a right on time plugin for the smart phones…
