I have 7 better links defined but when I refresh stats and go to the analytics page, only 6 show up.
What would cause that to happen?

]]>Hi. This is just a notice for others who may have not realized it. If you use this plugin on a self-hosted site and have redirects via your host (set up in cpanel or some such), the code placed in the .htaccess file of the site can override your old redirects and cause them not to work. Just an FYI.
My personal workaround was to edit the site’s .htaccess file so that my cpanel-generated redirects precede the Better Links code and those specific redirects behave properly.
I thought I would put this here in case someone else installed the plugin and found pre-existing redirects no longer working. ??
]]>I tested this plugin but it won’t remove the redirects even after I delete them permanently, not after I deactivated the plugin and not even after I deleted the plugin.
I use WordPress Multisite 4.1.1 in MAMP installation for this testing.
]]>This plugin does work, but on one particular link it keeps saying “This destination url is not valid”. I’ve tried a few different formats of the URL but it never validates properly. I’m using v.1.1.4, I just want to find a way of creating a link when I KNOW it works, but the plugin is telling me it’s not valid.
]]>Are you due the release a WP 4.0 compatible version anytime soon, as the current version stops working. Or should i say you can no longer add new links although current links added before the update still carry on working.

All Pro users have access to https://support.boostwp.com, where we have a dedicated support team monitoring things on a daily basis. Pro forum support is speedier and allows for a deeper level of assistance on both bugs and things we can’t address on www.remarpro.com for example theme conflicts, feature requests, and more.
* Our main priority on the forum here is finding bugs. You are welcome to mention customization tweaks or integration issues, in case other users have ideas/suggestions they’re willing to share. Our support team will address these if there is existing documentation we can point you to on the subject, or a past forum thread with a resolution that may be of value. But we cannot help everyone here — and if you’re looking for support on a non-bug issue, you’re probably going to want to buy a Pro license.
* To keep things organized, we mark any thread that has been inactive for 1 month or longer as RESOLVED. If you posted a thread more than a month ago and came back to find it marked “Resolved”, feel free to re-open it.
