Note that this review is for the responsiveness of the developer, not the plugin as I have not used the latter.
I had a presales question for the pro version and got a quality response within 2 hours on a Saturday.

Local WAMP install.
Fresh WP install. No other plugins present
Wanted to import XML file from wptest.io
This is what happens:

I am editing the rating until I have tried all the authors/devs help recommendations to be fair. Do not want to judge before I have not tried everything. Though if it does not work I will adjust the rating again.
