You add an action to show an alert that says “Shortcode copied!” in the bafg-admin.php file in the admin folder in your plugin directory. It seems like this loads the message at the top of the page every time a page is opened for editing, not just in situations where you copy a shortcode and not just on pages where your shortcodes are in use. This confuses and concerns users. Why does this message show in seemingly irrelevant places?
]]>Hello –
Your recent Black Friday promo banner is the most outrageous thing I have ever seen from a WordPress Plugin – it is so intrusive and over the top that I am completely removing this plugin from one of our projects. The fact that you don’t follow normal protocol with your class naming convention does not allow for advanced users like myself to simply hide them with a single line of code, but having to modify it and add new ones each time is not great.
This one: “bafg_black_friday_20222_admin_notice”
Should just be: “bafg_admin_notice”
You should stop doing this.
Hello.
Thank you for this great plugin.
Can you provide more info how to add links for images and text ?
Also can we use shortcodes (from another plugins) for images as overlay or in caption texts ?
Can we use external images for this ?
]]>The plugin was working great until I did the update earlier today.
All the setting fields are now showing “Field not found!” since the update earlier today. So I am unable to create any new sliders?? This is on every section content, options & style for both existing sliders & any I want to create. See the image below. I have even tried down
]]>I was happy with the plugin until every time i refresh the notification to leave a review pops up no no matter what you choose “Never show again” “Already Did”. Extremely annoying and should be a violation.
]]>Hello.
Some strings in some PHP files use the?esc_html()?function, one of them do not have text domain and are not translated.
Thanks.
]]>Hello –
Your “nag message” never goes away no matter what is clicked or how many times it is clicked, you should fix that.
]]>This is a great plugin but there doesn’t appear to be a way to change which WordPress image size is used. It defaults to “full” but I need to use “large”. The option for “medium” in some instances would be nice too. Can sizes be changed globally or on an instance-by-instance basis?

]]>Hi,
The latest version is providing these results – https://app.screencast.com/SrfJ4qqOuTJRz
So, we’ve had to rollback to v4.5.6.
Can you confirm it’s working with the latest WordPress?
Thanks.
]]>Hi! Code appears above and below the images on the Ultimate Before After Image Slider & Gallery – BEAF.
Can you help?
]]>Since version 4.5.0 the plugin generates 5 third-party queries, see screenshot from Webbkoll: https://www.smart-webdesign.ch/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot-webbkoll.jpg.
Webbkoll is a tool to determine whether a website is EU data protection compliant: https://webbkoll.dataskydd.net/de
After rollback to version 4.4.9 the third party queries disappear.
Due to the EU Data Protection Directive, no third party queries may be present. How can I switch this off?
]]>After recently updating BEAF, font awesome stopped working. We have font awesome compiled locally in our css, but now BEAF loads its own version and overrides ours and now fonts do not work. When I check the request loading the fonts I can see BEAF loading via CDN, and then I can see the style sheet (all.in.css line 5 and 6) overriding our classes.
This has only happened after the latest version update. We should be able to disable font awesome from your settings, or you should have your styles load lower down in the enqueuing so that it does not override theme css files.
]]>Hello everyone!
I just tried this plugin and it seems to working good with my website. It is exacly what i needed but i have a question:
Is it possible to show the labels of before/after also in mobile view? now the slider show in both desktop and mobile views, but only the first one see correctly the text labels.
On mobile there is only the slider without any text.
Let me know if you have a fix! Thanks in advance ??
]]>Hi there.
I’ve just installed your plugin and made a few galleries. Using the shortcodes, galleries inserted into the normal content area or gutenberg block will display fine. If insert a gallery into an ACF WYSIWYG box, for example, nothing displays. However, the code generated from the shortcode is there.
No errors are present in Inspector related to the plugin.
Thanks
]]>Hi @codexa,
this is just to report a little bug to you causing a console error to appear on many backend pages like /wp-admin/edit.php or /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page or /wp-admin/users.php but not on the dashboard or /wp-admin/upload.php.
The console error is in Firefox:

We think you will want to fix this.

Wondering how I can remove the “skip-lazy” class and force lazy load. I use perfmatters for the lazy load (and have used various other plug-ins). Thanks !
]]>Our site chotu.com converts local shops into online. We want to demo how a local shop can transform into online. For this, we are using this plugin, so far so good. However, the offset setting does NOT work for autoslider, it always starts from left. How can we make the auto-slider start from right?
]]>I installed the BEAF plugin a week ago and it works perfectly. But I see that it loads on every page of my website, even though I only use the plugin on 2 pages. This adds 144Kb to each page load, and I would like to avoid this overhead.
Is there a way to ensure that the plugin only loads on those pages which use it?
]]>I have issues in Elementor’s editor in that the images show one of the two images used in before & after and all overlapping over each other. They display fine when viewed in a browser but with this makes the design process difficult. I have to make a change, save, view it etc
The older version of Elementor displayed a grey block without images that I could arrange and position the layout accurately.
]]>Hi ,
after installing the plugin , google pageinsigts (under mobile) reports CLS shifting . How to fix it ?
]]>The Before and After slider works fine on desktop. But on the mobile with AMP the slider does not work. It shows the image outside its container ruining the page layout.
AMP says that the BEAF plugin is incompatible.
What is the best way to resolve this issue?
Thank you for your help!

]]>Hello,
Why this plugin is not translatable ? Should be useful for users (and customers) to benefit a traduction in their own language…
Thanks for your response
]]>Hello, I’m having some trouble with the preloader being stuck in a loop and the image slider never loading on the page. Could you let me know what the issue might be here and how to fix it?
Thanks again for a great plugin!
]]>Congratulations on your application!
Our problem is that the second selected image is displayed further down (although they are both exactly the same size), or if we enable “enable preloader”, both images slide down. We have already turned off the cache, but the problem still exists. Can it be related to the ACF Pro we are using?
Thank you very much for your feedback!
Hey,
after installing the new version 4.3.16, a number of br-tags are generated throughout the page, causing additional separations between sections. Even if the Slider isn’t used on this page.
I am using the Flatsome theme with its latest version, installing the version 4.3.15 of the BEAF-plugin solves the problem.
Is there a solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance.
]]>Hi there, I have noticed some incompatibilities with your latest updates and SiteOrigin Page Builder.
Things like the widget titles showing as a h3 and not a h2 as selected in the SiteOrigin settings.
This was working fine before your March updates. I have had to rollback to 4.3.15 for now.
]]>Really like your plugin! Congratulations.
Is it possible to show the image slider in full “before” mode on page load so the user would need to do a full slide to see the “after” mode?
I tried modifying the Before and After coordinates with CSS below without any success:
.skip-lazy-twentytwenty-before {
clip: rect(0px, 716px, 536px, 0px) !important;
}
.skip-lazy-twentytwenty-after {
clip: rect(0px, 716px, 536px, 716px) !important;
}
Settings:
Elementor Version 3.11.5
Ultimate Before After Image Slider – BEAF version 2.2.3
Issue:
Popups created with Elementor and attached to buttons are not displaying properly and are blocking other content.
