The Storker slide thumbs causes the items below the slide not to load.
Hiding the thumbsslider div (display:none) or rolling Elementor back to 3.23.4 fixes the issue, and enables the items to load again.

Not sure what I can do to resolve this issue (reported it to my Webhost as well, pending their investigations) — I ever tried to Deactivate Primeslider, and I was able to enter Elementor to Edit it without the Slider function but I can’t save the page, so no point. Had to Activate it back for Webhost side to investigate as well.

]]>All Element Pack widgets crash when a user is logged in.?After updating to Elementor v3.24.x and Elementor Pro v3.24.x, while using?Prime Slider Version 3.15.7?(Lastest Update), we encountered recurring JavaScript errors that break certain elements on the front end. These errors do not appear in Elementor v3.23.X or earlier versions.
Even after running “Regenerate CSS & Data” and syncing the library, the issue is only temporarily resolved and reappears after the second page reload.
We tested this issue with both the Hello Elementor theme. All plugins, except Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Prime Slider, were deactivated during testing, yet the problem persisted. The following errors repeatedly showed up in the browser’s console:
Downgrading Elementor and Elementor Pro to v3.23.x resolved the issue.
This problem may be related to changes in the JavaScript registration mechanism introduced in Elementor v3.24.X.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

We liked your sliders and we would like to have them on our website
we are using Elementor & Elementor Pro latest version with the woodmart theme latest version
Yet we are facing a conflict and the page doesn’t load the elements unless we disable prime slider
We did the test with just those plugins activated and yet still same issue

Hi, first of all thanks for this great plugin.
The issue is when using the Mercury widget and setting Title font family to Default, it should inherit the title font from the theme styles as in other prime slider widgets, however for Mercury widget, font family is set to “sans-serif” and so not inheriting the font from theme style.
I would love to see this fixed with a future update.

the slider has 3 slides with images, which are also optimised (WebP).
Unfortunately, the slider takes a very long time to load.
I have also added the images and the script as an exception in WP Rocket.
Even if I reload the page, it always takes a long time until the slider is displayed.

And since the last update, I can’t edit the page where the slider is used with Elementor either. I have now gone back 2 versions, but that doesn’t work either.

What can I do to get the slider to load/be visible AND that I can edit the page again?

There are problems loading the translation generated by translate.www.remarpro.com (try Dutch) because the text domain is different from the slug.
In this file and in the .POT file the text domain is ‘bdthemes-prime-slider’, but the translation that is generated by translate.www.remarpro.com is based on the plugin slug ‘bdthemes-prime-slider-lite’.
Only in this file all strings (except one) have the correct text domain ‘bdthemes-prime-slider-lite’.
Also, in some files some strings have the text domain ‘bdthemes-element-pack’.

I’m using a flogia slider on my site. As you can see the slides titles aren’t properly aligned because they are aligned according with their lenght. I want them all aligned to the left independently by their lenght.

I’m currently using the Prime Slider Fiestar slider and I’m puzzled as to how the slider selects a crop for the images. The only one I’ve been able to figure out is square, if the “Layout” is set to “2 columns”. Other than this, it seems to be a flexible dimension that is totally different from the back end preview and the front end. I would like to achieve a clean uniform look where all of my images are seen properly.

The screenshot is weird, but you can see in the dashboard, the image fills up the area, going well below the navigation arrows. In the front end, it is just barely filling up the area below the navigation arrow, so almost half of the image section is blank.

I contacted theme support and they tell me that the problem is due to your plugin. Could you kindly fix it?

The Tango Slider has some kind of transition when its loading. Like from inside to outside becoming bigger until filling fullscreen. Unfortunately this causes problems when using jetpack and the image compression, because jetpack thinks the image is smaller and will render it in a smaller resolution which leads to not so crispy images.
Any way to make the image fullscreen onload and dump that effect?

]]>I installed Prime Slider and then activated it. I made sure that it was suitable in all respects (memory, versions, limits). I open the page in Elementor, but the plugin is not displayed. I can’t add anything to the page from this plugin. All widgets are enabled in the plugin settings.
]]>The plugin seems to have a lot o potential. But, why does the plugin not work with custom fields? I can not use a custom field for background or text? When i query my desired custom field, nothing shows! Also, how exactly does it work that the current pages feature image is used for the sliders dynamic background when choosing “Post – featured image” and not the posts? Therefor, how would i have any other kind of dynamic images for other posts in the slider that way?! Or, am i missing something? Rgds, David.
