It works for the most part.
However, the shortcodes
[most_liked_users] and [most_liking_users]
return the same results i.e. both return most liking users.
Most liked users are not shown.

It’s really bad to create a plugin that completely kills a site if a required plugin is missing. It should just be an error message, and you should be able to continue on and fix the problem.
Impossible to fix this without FTP or database access.
Having said all that, it’s still worth 4 stars because it does work very well.
Just need to change the hover text from “Like this” to “You liked this” in real time instead of having to refresh the page.
Worth installing! Recommended for sure. The like count, the ability to change the hover text and the admin stats are nice features.
