This plugin seems to be dead. It doesn’t work under WP 4.2.2 and the external link to the Author’s support site is broken.

A shame as I have several uses for this linking BPress forum topics to other places in my site.

Can somone pick this up and fork it and make it work?

Which is a shame as this plugin purports to do exactly what I’m looking for, except I want to redirect to WordPress pages within my own site.

This plugin does not work on a localhost test. Only bbpress and this plugin installed and activated.
