I’ve been a user of this plugin for years. It’s a HUGE time-saver customizing the look-and-feel of bbPress forums and even adds some essential forum functions like subscriptions, moderation, and site integrations.

How do you make a silk purse out of a pig’s ear? You don’t, however, this plugin will make the ever-so-clunky, awkward and generally ugly bbpress prettier and more functional.
Just be prepared to spend an awful lot of time going through settings. There are a lot of them.
But overall the developers of this plugin deserve a huge thankyou and kudos for making bbpress an almost acceptable forums solution for WordPress websites, and it’s free. They deserve free beer for that, at the very least.
This plugin is a must-have if you are going to use bbpress on your website.

This is a must if you are using bbpress forum on your site. The support from the plugin author is excellent and he even added a suggestion of mine (open post/reply links in new window) to the core plugin.
Styling the forum is really easy and simple especially with the numbered images so you know exactly what you are changing each time you click on save… Great plugin!

As a brand new WP and bbPress user I found the type size too small for bbPress even though it was ok elsewhere on site.
It took 2 minutes to install and activate the plugin and then 5 minutes to adjust the type size to improve things quite a bit.

Sometimes I have to do the CSS styling in my actual “Additional CSS” but other than that this plugin has opened up so much to me for customisation.
Good user support which is always appreciated.
One observation is to make the screen image legend zoomable so that we can see it larger if needed.
Also, in some places you use red / green for ok/warning errors. I am colourblind with red/green so it is not a good combination for me. Maybe more contasting colours?
