]]>I love your plugin. Only one issue, when an item is clicked in the TOC, and it takes you to a headline on the page, only the very bottom of the headline is visible. The majority of the headline is up under the screen. I there some way to set the plugin so that it adds some space above the anchored headline so the headline moves down and you can see it better?

]]>Great plugin, I want to show the table of content (TOC) in a separate section to the_content but still inside the loop. I tried to echo do_shortcode php tag but it doesn’t work – just shows the text.
Is this possible, any ideas?

]]>when using ULTIMATE TINY MCE the little icon to place the shortcode in Bainternet Simple TOC gets obliterated. I have to disable the TINY MCE to use it. Not a big deal, I know the shortcode, but many people use this ULTIMATE TINY MCE.

I would like to have a table of contents for each category/archive page, but I cannot quite understand how/where to add the code.
And if I were to add the TOC to a page, where would the plugin gather the headers from? A page doesn’t contain any posts (does it?)?

]]>When i use the TOC plugin and create the TOC manually an error occurs whenever i use the tag: [—TOC Heading:—]
Fatal error: Call to undefined function anitize_title() in \path-to-wordpress\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\bainternet-simple-toc\simple-toc.php on line 77
The problem is fixed when you rename “anitize_title()” to “sanitize_title()”.
I noticed in the changelog that this, or another exact the same typo, has already been fixed. But i’m using v0.7.1 of the plugin and the bug still occurs.

Great idea for a plugin, usability could be vastly improved by allowing foreign characters. As of now it displays random code where i would for example have wanted it to show ???.
