Hello! I have two questions about this plugin.
1) It appears that an admin manually completing/graduating a student from a LearnDash course via their user page does not grant the badge associated with the course. Is that correct, or is that a bug on our specific site? I (Of course, when you’re already on the user page and can manually assign the award. Just wondering about this.)
2) I know you can manually bulk assign badges to users, but is it possible to automatically mass retroactively award badges to course graduates? (For example, an option to assign badge Y to all existing graduates of course X.)

]]>Hi, we have a list of Steps Required configured but most importantly “Complete Course from a Tag is not working properly” and we have set it to be 2 times and the problem we are facing now is the Badge is already automatically awarded after completed 1 time.
Any idea how we can set properly / fix the codes?

I have LearnDash, BadgeOS, and BadgeOS-LearnDash plugins installed and enabled.
Quizzes are working fine, but I cannot get badges to be awarded for successfully passing a quiz.
I have created a new badge and added Required Steps of achieving a 100% score on a LearnDash quiz, but not badge is awarded. The LearnDash quiz details are populated in the badge info, so it looks like the BadgeOS is correctly linked to LearnDash. However, passing the quiz is not awarding the badge.
Am I missing a step?

I am using LearnDash as an LMS plugin on my WP site.
I need you to change the way the Quiz classifies Students.
LearnDash works by default for Quiz:

If two students have the same score, whoever the plugin chooses to take first is who sent the form first, which is unfair to those who only managed to do it the other day, but did it in less time.
It would need to be untied based on the time it took each student to complete the quiz.
Can your plugin or other change this?
The LearnDash team replied that it is possible based on the documentation, as it records DATE OF START and DATE OF FINISH.

]]>This is weird : Congratulations Pop-up shows up only once a day.
The next day : same thing, it appears only for the first achieved Required Step and then nothing, no pop-up anymore. Next day same thing, over and over again.
It’s like having the popup block reset every day for a given user.
BUT the badges are awarded anyway to the user.
I noticed the pop-up code was not injected in the page after the 1st Badge is earned. That’s why there is no pop-up when a user earns subsequent badges…

I have a learndash course and at the end of the course, a user will complete an assignment. The last lesson has the user upload an assignment.
I also have a Badge that will be assigned when the person completes the course.
When the admin goes in to approve the assignment, the admin is getting awarded the badge instead of the student.
Any ideas?

I am trying to create 2 different types of learndash achievements:
1. Earn a badge for completing a specific Course.
2. Earn a badge for completing any 10 out of 40 courses.
Problems:
1. When I create a step to complete a specific course and click “Save all Steps” the step defaults back to “Complete Any Course”. Then the badge is reward for completing any course. I need it to be specific to the one course.
2. When I complete 1 course the 10x badge will be rewarded, despite me only completing 1 course.
Please help.

]]>When I have this plugin activated, I can’t update the “number of times” a required step needs to be performed. It looks like it’s fine, then when I click ‘publish’ or ‘update’ it goes back to 1.
I tried the fix provided by Michael in THIS thread 9 months ago, but it didn’t work.

Recently there has been a trend to use gamification in grading by awarding ‘XP’ (points) rather than a percentage grade. Im wondering if it is possible to use the LearnDash points from a quiz in Badge OS.
For example: A user scores 66/70 on a quiz, and they are awarded 66 points into BadgeOS.
This way students could be awarded levels and XP based on the scores they received. It could in essence act as a gradebook for the student.
If this isn’t possible, would it be something that I could hire out to be done?

I am facing an issue with this plugin. I have set up a badge to be rewarded when a Learndash user completes a Lesson. However, instead of one, two badges are rewarded and in the list of badges that comes up, 2 badges are shown instead of one.

Hi, in the changelog for v1.1 it says this problem is fixed but I have that version and can’t update the number of times from 1 for a specific achievement of type when the add-on is activated. Another strange problem I get is a load of code appearing in the badge description field if I toggle from visual to code. This appears:
