]]>Hello,
I have several backups stored in BackupGuard, specifically in files with the .sgbp
extension. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to find the software link needed to extract these backups. Without it, all my backups are currently inaccessible, and I urgently need to retrieve them.
I previously purchased BackupGuard Gold, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the correct link or guide me on how to access my backups.
Can someone support me a Download-Link, please? =)
Thank you very much for your support.
Best regards,
Cem
While restoring backup it is giving an error message :
“The source db prefix (wpor_) doesn’t match the current db prefix (wp_). This is considered as migration and it is not available in this plan. You can change the current db prefix manually or upgrade.”
How to fix this/manually change db prefix? No resolution for this is available
I tried to backup my WordPress site using BackupGuard, but the backup was not successful, returning an error like below: SGExceptionIO: BackupGuard uses 64-bit integers, but it looks like we’re running on a version of PHP that doesn’t support 64-bit integers (PHP_INT_MAX=2147483647) [File: /var/www/ssldocs/wp-content/plugins/backup/com/core/SGBoot.php, Line: 279, URL: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php]
Can you tell me how to fix it?
]]>I tried to perform a restore from a previously successful backup using JetBackup.
To restore the previous backup, I went to the Dashboard and selected the installed plugin, JetBackup. From there I was given a selection of successfully completed backups. I selected the March 8, 2024 backup and selected restore. Next a prompt appeared giving me a choice of restoring everything including the database which is what I selected.
The restore started and immediately displayed the message:
“Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.”
I am locked out and cannot login to the website.
]]>Hi there,
I’ve successfully taken a full backup, which can also be restored. However, when extracting the backup, it seems to be missing most files files. i.e. the first and only folder is wp-content. Everything else is missing.
If extracting a full backup is not part of the free plan, then can you please recommend the best .sgbp extractor for Mac?
Thank you,
Max
Trying to restore a backup, but it seems to be stuck on 14% and I can’t seem to find a way to stop it either.
Version:?2.0.9.9
Today I went to run a backup of my website and saw that there were over 46 pages of backups. Seems the program is running every 30 minutes. How do I stop this????!!
]]>Hi, all my backups suddenly show “Error getting status”. What can I do?

InnoDB: The error means that another program is using InnoDB's files.
InnoDB: This might be a backup or antivirus software or another instance

After attempting to restore my backup from Jetbackup, my database presents the errors above, and I can’t find the issue. Since then, I’ve lost access to my local host site. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated. Thank you greatly in advance!

Non-tech person here running a non-profit website. Trying to update our website and it says “Generating tree files (0)” and nothing happening. Also have two warnings on the last two backups so I’m afraid I currently have no backup of the site. Running the current version of WordPress and Jetbackup. Don’t know where to start to figure out why this isn’t working. Any help appreciated.
]]>Hi,
The backup process never start.
The log returns :

Any idea ?

Since SGConfig::get() may return null, a cast to string would solve this issue.
private function checkExpiredLicense()
{
if (strtolower((string)SGConfig::get('SG_LICENSE_KEY_STATUS')) == JBWP_LICENSE_KEY_STATUS_EXPIRED) {
SGNotice::getInstance()->addNoticeFromTemplate('expired_license_error', SG_NOTICE_ERROR, true);
}
}
Maybe you could consider adding this change. Thank you.

]]>After the rebrand of Jet Backup, I downloaded a fresh backup archive, to make sure I could still extract the files in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, SGBP Extractor (OS X) can’t open the archive. It chugs and chugs likes it working, but never gets past 1% of the extraction. Is there a new version of SGBP Extractor? Did Jet Backup change the file format? I need to figure this out before I have a real site restore emergency.

Taken a backup of a WordPress website using this plugin on a website, I tried to restore this saved backup that I’d downloaded from the previous website over to the new one. As I migrated hosts, When uploading the .SGBP file to the JetBackup addon on the new site, from my Local PC it’s not working at all.
I’m getting a File Upload failed message, Which I don’t quite understand why is occurring. Could anyone help me get this backup restored as it’s quite important.

Since BackupGuard has turned into JetBackup, I’m having problems with site backups.
The backups are huge now. My backups were 500MB before the switch, and now they are 30,534.99MB. I’ve added some things to my site since the last successful backup, but not warranting THAT much space!
Does anyone know why the backups are massive now?
