Hello,
This use to work, but now when I import pages to the new website, the Divi Builder is blank.
Any ideas?
]]>Hello
Divi Builder Version 1.3.8
when I click to “dowload as file” … no problem…
“Here are the stored settings for the current theme” is ok
and I can save the file.dat on my computer.
When I “Restore/Import” I select the file on my computer,
after a click on “Upload file” nothing …
it’s like upload works, but nothing is installed …
Thank’s by advance if you have a solution … it will be fantastic ??

Should one encounter the same problem,
I leave this post defining the problem I encountered …
I found myself the solution :
Upon reflection, I disabled the child theme Divi I had on
and I activated the theme Divi.
You need to disable the child theme. When you have got the backup of your theme, you can re activate the child theme and everything will work perfectly.
As I am French, I also had installed the extension Divi French.
It should also disable it.
You can reactivate the child theme and extension Divi French after retrieving the theme options that you saved.
I sincerely thank those who carry out this extension. It’s magical and fantastic !..
Thank’s Contributors: divispace, bmwillrath because I tried the extension “Migrate Divi Theme Settings” which is on the site https://divi.space/product/migrate-divi-theme-settings/ this extension is the same as “Backup / Restore Divi Theme Options” because they are the same Contributors.

[moderator note: Please do not keep posting duplicates of this.]
I have been testing this plugin and from what I can tell it only backs up the settings in the Divi ePanel. Nothing from the Theme Customizer is backed up at all.
Do you have plans to add this ability in the future?

]]>Hi,
the plugins seems to be cool and will be able to avoid me to “inject” the et_divi settings by SQL, but it will be cool if you get the parameter “blogname” in the filename rather than the date of the backup that we can, easily get by looking the properties of the file ;).
Thanks again for the plugin and hopping for the above implementation ;).
Amicably,
Pierre.

]]>Great plugin! Thanks for your hard work. I’m wondering if this just copies the settings from the Divi tab in the admin or if it also gets all the design customizations from the Customizer?
Thanks!
