Great plugin but I cant get it to work, Installed fine and went to VC > Edit Row, cant see any options

I can’t seem to get the fallback image or the video to play. I’ve updated to the latest composer, and WP is up to date. Is there a special setting? I’ve switched on and off all settings, changed the turn off timer, nothing. Maybe it requires an older VC?
