This is a very simple and efficient plugin… just download, activate and start… Default setup is all you need… works fine for me.
For those who does not know why this plugin, imagine a long one-page website… when you are in the bottom, it will a good idea to have a shortcut to go back to top… just for this!

Does everything you want it to, in a really simple way. You can customise it to show at the RHS or centre using pixels or %, you can change the colour of the arrow really easily just by specifying the hex value of the colour, it appears on the page only when it is needed, it smoothly stays above while everything scrolls past it.
