On our site, we have MSRP pricing and B2B member pricing configured. ?
When a B2B member purchases an item, the original order is placed with the correct member pricing. If the purchaser signs up for a subscription for the product through the order (via woocommerce subscription), the subscription is created with the MSRP price instead of the B2B member pricing.?
?If I remove the product from the subscription and re-add it, the B2B member price is restored. However, removing the product also removes the recurring subscription discount that is applied from the original order so this is not a viable option for us (coupon is applied via the original order – Marketing > Coupons).?This is occurring for all subscriptions.
How can we get this fixed as customers are being charged the incorrect amounts for subs.

Hi,
I have a problem generating offers to a PDF file
When a product has one variant, e.g. size, the product name and size are displayed in the PDF file. e.g. BUTTON C-4349 –
24”(15.34mm)
But if I have a product that has a size and color, the visible name is shortened to BUTTON C-4349
But the preview photo in
generated file is shown correctly.
How to solve this problem, where to look for the cause?
Hello, we are interested in integrating your B2B King plugin into our WooCommerce store to enhance our B2B operations. However, we require a specific functionality to effectively manage our pricing strategy for both B2C and B2B customers.
Current Situation:
Our Requirement: We need a feature that allows us to define a discount percentage directly within the B2B sale price field for each product. This approach will enable the B2B prices to automatically adjust based on the updated B2C prices without relying on dynamic discount calculations, which could potentially slow down our website.
Desired Functionality:

Example Scenario:
Could you please let us know if this functionality is available within your plugin with some code snippet? We would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide to meet our specific needs.
]]>Hello, currently we are trying to implment B2B king to our website, however we have one issue. I have set up dynamic discount rules in B2B King. For example, B2B users receive a 20% discount on products in a specific category. This works fine for products with only a regular price. However, when a product has both a regular price and a sale price, the B2B discount is calculated from the regular price, not the sale price, which is causing issues.Example:
Currently, B2B users see a price of €8, because the 20% discount is being applied to the regular price (€10). What I want is for the discount to apply to the sale price, so that the B2B user would receive a price of €5.20 (20% off the sale price of €6.5).Goal:
B2B users should always get the discount applied to the sale price when a sale price is available. If no sale price is set, then the discount should apply to the regular price. What I’ve Tried:
I’ve tried several approaches using custom code and applying filters to modify the discount logic, but the discount is still being calculated from the regular price instead of the sale price.
Could you provide assistance on how to modify the discount calculation so that it always uses the sale price for B2B users when available?
Thank you in advance for your help!
]]>Hi! After your update a couple of days ago the variations in woocommerce have stopped showing. How can it be fixed?
]]>Hello,
We have pricing tiers set up with B2B King. For example, Gold Silver, Bronze. Each tier has different pricing for a single product.
I have created a BOGO (buy one get one) coupon via “Marketing > Coupons” and combined this with a “Woo Discount” discount rule.
1. The coupon is set to discount a percentage – the percentage is set to 0%. The coupon is restricted to B2BK members Gold, Silver, Bronze.
2. The Woo Discount Rule is a “Buy X Get X” and the coupon must be applied as part of my Discount Rule conditions.
This works as expected to non-b2bk members and fails for b2bk members.
Issue:
When a Gold level customer enters the bogo coupon, they see the free item, however the price is not set to $0. Instead, the B2BK price is overwriting.
Non-B2B member price in screenshot here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1opuXogWkrMbHKWxMVw2HS2WFjooj0DG_/view?usp=drive_link
B2B member price and override: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ln6lvnFyXqZNV1ERoZkhNtRaxLUzAaYF/view?usp=drive_link
Expected behavior:
When a B2BK customer enters a coupon code, the coupon should be respected.
I have tried disabling the setting for “Disable Coupon Value Features (may help fix conflicts..)”

I see that the plugin allows B2B and B2C user registration. However, I want everyone to be in different user groups, and now they all are in “clients”. How to add B2B users in a separate user group?

]]>Hello,
We would like to create a B2C and B2B hybrid shop with this plugin. You offer the cleanest solution for this. It is therefore very annoying that we cannot implement our requirement.
We would like to create different B2B groups so that we can store different prices to our products. The cheapest group price for the groups stored with the customer should be displayed.
To do this, we would need to be able to add several groups to a customer. But that doesn’t seem possible for B2B groups.
According to my information, not in the paid version either. Is that right?
Thank you very much and kind regards
Johannes
Hi, Guys! Thanks for the great plugin B2BKing, we really enjoy using it and it doues help us in our business. We have just run into a problem of conflict with Smart coupon plugin when we tried to apply the BOGO coupon. So, the final sum in the cart is shown as full for 2 items rather than 1 isem (buy 1 and get1 free).
How can we fix this problem?
Thanks,
Anastasia
]]>Hi, Is there a way to replace tiered pricing with the product price for variable products? Example: https://nimb.ws/2w9PM1V
]]>The cart totals are displaying incorrectly for B2B users.
Checkout totals are correct.
A dynamic rule is applied to display prices ex-tax to B2B users.
]]>I have an online shop with B2B King. It is set up with a “Replace cart with quote system” and everything works fine. The only problem is that guests can add to their cart and then request a quote. The problem then is that when they click on “View Offer” in their email it won’t work because they don’t have an account. So I would prefer to force guests to register.
In Woocommerce settings I have already disabled the “Allow guests to checkout” option but this seems to be overridden by B2B King. Or perhaps the “Request Quote” function is not seen as “Checkout” by Woocomm.
The only options I see in B2B King is to hide the shop/products for guests, which I dont see as an option at all. Surely it must be possible to force registration with B2B King? It’s a very basic requirement after all.
Please help!
I’m creating a wholesale shop with the idea that buyers should only request a quote for products that they want. So I do not want any prices visible and no payment option available. I have set it up according to the documentation but when I get to the “View Cart” step I can see that the prices are now visible and there is a “Proceed to checkout” button instead of “Request a quotation”. Clicking on this button makes the screen flash black for a split second and then back to the same page.
I have created the Dynamic Rule.
I have hidden prices.
What am I missing?
I haven’t purchased one of your plans yet, but wanted to ask this question before doing so
I’ve seen your Wholesale Order Form page, and I was just wondering if it would be possible to add a column after “product” and in front of “qty” to show the inventory of all the corresponding products.
Cheers
Andrew
]]>I am considering purchasing the premium version of the B2B King plugin for my online store, but before making the investment, I would like to address a couple of issues I’m encountering with the free version of the plugin, particularly in combination with the Woodmart theme, and now also with the Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
Could you please advise on how to resolve these issues? Are there specific settings or customizations within the B2B King plugin or the themes mentioned that I need to adjust to achieve consistent and fair pricing for B2B customers? Any guidance or recommendations you can provide would be greatly appreciated, as I aim to ensure a seamless and equitable shopping experience for all my customers before committing to the premium version of your plugin.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.
]]>Hi! Firstly, incredible plugin!
I am running B2BKing on a multisite setup – multiple storefronts, each has their own separate B2B customer. Everything works perfectly, but it has recently come to my attention that they can log in to other shops in the multisite network with full B2B access. For example:
B2B customer for Shop 1 can visit Shop 2, log in with the same credentials and get B2B prices for Shop 2.
Is there a way to lock each customer to their own site? I understand user login across multisites is a core WordPress “feature”, so is there a way to only give them B2B status on their own site?
]]>We did a major version jump from 3.5.3 to 4.9.1.
Somewhere along the updates, the B2B King plugin got separated into the Core and PRO.
When I activate the PRO version of plugin, any user that has just registered cannot log into their account. Users that were created prior to the update to 4.9.1 can still log in.
If I deactivate the PRO version and leave the Core version activated, newly registered users are able to log in.
Users that are part of a B2B Group are able to login when the PRO version is enabled however.
Any insights would be helpful.
]]>Hi, I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t work.
Any idea why?
]]>I want to require B2B Users to create an invoice before paying. Once I examine the invoice and email them the invoice with a “Pay for this order” link, they need to be able to pay on the site with a credit card. However, it seems if I don’t enable Credit Cards so as to force the invoice, when they click the Pay link in the email, they still don’t have a credit card option, just another Invoice option. But if I do enable credit cards, they are not forced to create an invoice before paying.
]]>Hi
First thank you for the excellent response and solution to my last topic!
I am facing a new challenge, probably due to my lack of coding skills. When a user creates a new sub account they can set the permission for the new account to be able to place orders of their own or or not (checkbox)
I would like to be able to edit this setting for the individual sub account as site Admin, but the setting is not present when I edit the WP user. Is there a way to do this? I tried to find an entry defining the permission in the MySQL DB, but without luck. I need this to offer better support to the main customers, so they don’t have to edit their users themselves. They seem to often forget checking the box during creation of a new subaccount.
I hope I manage to explain the subject in English.
Regards. Thomas

I have a problem listing the customers in backend under B2BKing > Customers. It only list the users in the standart userrole “customers”, but since I use custom roles for both main users and their subaccounts I need it to show all userroles in the customer list.
I can’t find a setting for this and after a search I tried adding “add_filter(‘b2bking_use_wp_roles’,’__return_true’);” to my funstions.php but with no luck.
Any suggestions how to achieve this?
