I’ve clicked the box to make the video autoclose after it is done playing but it doesn’t seem to do this on mobile. Is there something I can do so it works?

I created a pop up with the plugin, I followed every instruction but it doesn’t show up on the homepage. Can someone help me with this?

Hi!! I couldn’t figure out how to set up a pop-up to appear only on posts in a specific category. I have a blog with many travel destinations and I would like to have specific pop-ups for each one.

I could only do this by selecting each post individually, but I have categories with many posts and this individual post selection is very difficult.

I increased the timer to 50 sec, still it is showing only 20 sec.

The published pop-up no longer shows on any device at all! It originally showed on desktop, with many complications on handhelds. However, it cannot been seen on anything.
I made sure to clear caches and view via incognito to no success.

I would like to contact you because I have a problem with the Popup Box module. When I activate a popup on pages, it shows me a modal-check right in the middle and does not display the content of my popup up. It used to work very well. I noticed this problem only recently. In order to see if this was linked to updates I performed 4.7.2 rollbacks. So that you can see the error, I activated a popup on a single page whose link was mentioned at the top of the form.

Appears I’m having trouble displaying my “Caymus Vineyards Dinner” popup, that is active and shows on desktop and tablets without being logged on, but not mobile. I did not disable mobile viewing on the limitations tab.

How do I get this popup to appear for mobile?

We’ve filled in all of the details for the pop up but we’re not getting it to load right on ipad or on mobile. I even used the setting to not have the pop up be viewable on ipad and it was still showing it. I’ve cleared the cache on the site and on the hosting site (Flywheel). Not sure what else to do from here. I confirmed with our developer than no other plugins could be stopping the pop up to work correctly. I’m at a loss for what to do.

When activating “Once per Session, time: 1440” option in your plugin settings, it doesn′t work with WP Rocket Cache plugin. The popup will appear every time. So I exclude the homepage, where the popup is displayed, from the cache and afterwards it works as expected (like now). Unfortunately this way will affect site performance what I would like to prevent. Have you a suggestion, what I can do?

The contact popup currently refreshes the page when submitting the entered data. The data is correctly submitted, and an email is sent to inform you that someone has submitted the contact form. But the closing behavior does not inform the user that their information was sent and instead just refreshes the page. What I want the popup to do after the submit button is clicked in the popup it should replace the content of the popup with a Thank you message and then close approximately 5 seconds later without refreshing the whole page. Any ideas in how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Between the setting I am choosing for the pop up not to open on the booking page and the contact page.
When I do so, also the Home Page get excluded.
I try to exclude only the booking or the contact, same result. Also the Home Page get excluded.
Also, I chose the option, “close the pop up by pressing esc” and it doesn’t work.

I did resent the cache each time I was updating the pop-up set up.

I am trying to get a popup to display when you click a button. The client has decided to redesign the website in house and created a nice site using Elementor in WordPress. The old site had popups on it that worked fine. Here is the one of them on the old site.

I used custom CSS in the theme to create the buttons, and a link to it that looked like this

With Elementor, I can’t add custom CSS to Elementor, if I add it to theme it doesn’t work. How do I reference the popup (labeled as .MyButton in popup box) to be triggered when the user clicks a link, or if possible a button. The area where I want to add a button (or text link) is inside a Toggle in Elementor.

Thanks in advance for any help, this is driving me crazy! I understand they used Elementor because they are inexperienced and needed a wsywig editor, but Elementor is driving me nuts. Every feature requires a paid subscription!

I really love your plugin but I have a problem using my multilanguage site to open the popup in the front page with page publications accueil. I haven’t found any setup to make it happen! What do i miss? Would love to open by page id instead of title, is that possible?

I want to have Discus in popups that are triggered by buttons at the end of multiple articles on the same page. These popups need to appear next to the particular button that is clicked. Can I do this without custom programming?

How do you put Disqus in a popup? I have the pro version of popup but cannot get Disqus to load into the popup.
