I’ve just purchased your AWSM Team Pro plugin.
It’s great, I’m really pleased with it.
However, the Grid layout does not display as in the demo, especially style 3. I can send a screenshot of the display so you can see the difference.
I have the same problem with other preset layouts: drawer style 2, circles… Names and titles are not displayed as on the demo.
I can’t find any settings to change the display.
Could you tell me how to get the demo display?

]]>The featured photos are suddenly not showing on my team list. Each team member shows the default thumbnail default-user.png instead of the photo. I have tried adding a new team member with a newly uploaded photo, same issue. I also tried deactivating the plugin and activating it again, no change. Is this a bug or something I can fix myself?

When I switch to German, then I only see the descriptions per person, but not the detail information. ]]>I am trying to integrate aswm with frontend admin through custom post type. I was able to make it work but it’s not showing on the frontend not unless I would go to the actual site dashboard and update the new team member through awsm.
]]>When using the side-in or any of the other options the default is not showing up centered. Also, the name is not on top instead designation is shown on top. According to AWSM tutorials, the Name should be on top of the designation and the whole thing should be centered.
See how the name is on the bottom and cut off. Why is the text not in the center of the gray box?
Why are the defaults for this no working? My plug is on auto-update so it is running pro version Version 1.10.2

I’d like to make some changes to social.php to add some special text / styles. Some plugins allow to use child themes to override elements. But I don’t find some information about it, to use with awsm.
How to customize social.php output?

]]>Whenever I update a Team Member with links in it, the next time I visit the edit page (or refresh), 3 tab characters have been added to each link. This happens even if I haven’t changed the link.
The effect is also cumulative, so every time I update, 3 more tabs are added on.
AWSM Team and WordPress are both updated to their latest versions.

The social icons (when you hover over the image of a team member), do not appear on the front-end/public version of the website.
We can see the icons for Mail and LinkedIn when we are logged in as the administrator, but the general public/website visitor does not see the Mail and LinkedIn icons.

]]>We would like to always show the name of the person like Modal offers. The Modal format isn’t working for us because random people have jumpy images when you click them. We aren’t certain why this happens either. If that can’t be fixed we would like to use Drawer or Slide In with their names always appearing.
