When the video plays, the sound is muted despite the mute sound checkbox is unchecked in any browser. The video URL is: https://vimeo.com/300820118
On the vimeo site the sound works perfect.

Hello,
I want to use the awe splash plugin to display a Vimeo video (https://vimeo.com/300820118).
Unfortunately the video is displayed too big so that parts of it get cut off.
This issue occurs specially in Safari and Chrome.
Please let me know how to fix this issue.

I have some trouble with two DIVs that are shown under the splash screen.
I have been successful in hiding them in the AweSplash Setting – Additional JS window:

document.getElementById(“pum-466”).style.display = “none”;
document.getElementById(“moove_gdpr_cookie_info_bar”).style.display = “none”;

But how do i get them visible again, after the form is submited, when the button is pressed?

Any suggestions?

When the content is a long text.
The responsivity is not working well. We can slide the page down to go to the accept button.

Can you help?

i want two or possibly three lines in the submit button. Is there a way to do that or at least allow the field to use HTML so I can code it as such.

your plugin is very good in mozilla and explorer but i have a problem with Chrome browser.
the background video does not play automatically since last update this month (may 2018)
is there any way to make it work again?
i now it is possible to fix it touching my chrome config but i need the video with autoplay for every visitor

I used the content section. I was able to upload the image, but I can not get it.

I want it so that the splash page appears every time someone goes to the website, but they’re able to click the Continue button and it leads them to the same homepage, just without the splash page appearing. I’ve set it to 1 and it works for the first time, but the splash page won’t load again on refresh. I’ve set it to 0 but I can’t get to the regular homepage by clicking the Continue button. Is there a way to only have the splash page appear once, on any refreshes or new tabs, while still clicking the Continue button and seeing the regular home screen?

How can I use a Shortcode [TAG] on the Splash Page ?

I want the splash page to show every time the home page is loaded, it should not wait for session to expire, nor wait for the number of day(s).

I would like a splash with no buttons and no interactions whatsoever. I want it to transition out to the main page within 1/2 a second. Is this possible? I am hiding the button with CSS but would like to know if there’s another way.

I have installed AweSplash on a brand new WP install, configured, and enabled, published. But when I view the page I see the splash page once, and then it defaults back to the underlying theme though AweSplash is still published. I am not sure what is happening here.

But it is not working, I can still seing the dark color… There is another user in the forum asking for the same thing and never got a reply. Please help.

The given site is just a site I test on. Can you please send me some documentation if you have it on how to:

Change the “Enter Website” direction? (i.e. Enter to the donation page instead of entering to the homepage)

This would be a very helpful feature as the whole point of a splash page sometimes is to convert a users attention to a specific thing.

I set the parameter in the configuration to 0 but it takes sessions.
