But now it’s different. The last thing I’ve heard from support about my unsolved issue was 14 days ago, and during this time I had followed up with them a few times with simply no replies, just being ignored by support. After I have paid over $300 for their product, I found out the mobile version I paid for doesn’t really exist, so yes they are selling products that don’t yet exist. I would suggest be very cautious when you purchase their product because they will be very passionate to reply your emails and questions and once you have paid, it’s a different story. Just leaving me hanging here.

I have no idea how good or bad this plugin is.
I know it’s not free.
I know they don’t bother to mention the fact that you have to PURCHASE their software in order for it to work.
Putting one sentence about this under the “installation” is not really the best way to let potential users know that this is not free. Why not mention this on the front page of the plugin?

This plugin is technically free, BUT you need to purchase the REAL plugin behind the scene in order the chat actually works. I would prefer they tell me frankly “hey guy! This stuff worths 189 bucks” so I didn’t download it and waste my time. Disappointed.

The developers happily installed the pro version and it is very stable and easy to use.
The only thing missing is an android apps to allow people to use video hat instead of just text chat on the site.

This is amazing software from a great professional team. Everyone has been so helpful and quick to respond. Try to do it for free if you have the resources and advanced skills if you like, but the pricing of this product and associated services are exceptional value. It’s a pleasure to use their Red5 servers and expertise and actually save money and frustration in the process. If you really want to do quality chat with the added bonus of video and audio then I recommend you spend a little money and get a low lag professional result. I’ve tried the best free stuff I could find and it tends to be laggy and lacking features and I get frustrated with the steep learning curve required to keep make it functional and secure. You get what you pay for, but in this case you get a lot for paying very little. I totally recommend this product and team of professionals. I’m one very happy customer.

I installed this plugin on my website to bring people together on video. I have to say the install is pretty quick and easy. When I had any questions Alin (Support Director) was very responsive and very helpful. Wow, I’d like to give a five-star to AVChat for their efforts to do their best to answer all of my questions.
For not being a programmer, it was a daunting task to set up a media server, install a plugin and AVChat program.
It was much more complicated than installing a plugin.
Yes, hosting a video chat wasn’t a easy task at all especially because I could hardly understand what is going on and what to do next to make it work.
However, AVChat support team provided me such a wonderful, instant support (often responding with right answers in less than a hour), I was able to make it running in my VPS.
I think you can count on them. I highly recommend them.

Chatwing provides an excellent Free chatroom and shoutbox for any website or blog. It takes a moment to implement and has numerous features.
Chatwing does not require a wordpress plugin it is very simple to use.

We have been using AVChat for some time but now that we are using WordPress as our cms we had to upgrade. We purchased the WordPress Pro version and the installation package and the software was up and running within minutes of receiving payment confirmation.
The service is second to none as we have faced many issue with other software companies and very poor service. Any additional problems we faced were handled swiftly by their support team with super quick response time and input whenever needed.
