Learnpress Trigger still not working.
This will be fixed or not?

This still isn’t working on our website. It is still advertised on your website as a Pro trigger on course enrolment.

If you can’t issue a refund could we a least get it to work as advertised??

We buy lots of plugins and there can be problems most of the other developers fix them.

Sorry this is still not working after waiting a month for the latest Learnpress updates.

My client really wanted to trigger and email on the course enrolment feature.

Not being able to invoice my client for a feature that doesn’t work I have lost a lot of time and money on this.

As this is not working as advertised I will need a refund.

I have just purchased the Learnpress plugin for my client who needs it working by this weekend!!!
The trigger “user enrolled in any course 1 time(s)” to action send email is only working if the course is Free no payment so all you have to do is click Take This Course.
When the student has to Buy This Course it does not trigger the email action. Auto enrol student after purchase is on we are running Learnpress through the woocommerce payment gateway as is suggested by Learnpress. Please note it is not a product. Also tried using the Learnpress PayPal payment gateway this does not work. Also tried creating an order manually in Learnpress and this does not work.
Nothing is shown in the trigger logs.

I need to get this working.

Your website lists the “User is enrolled in any/specific course” is part of the free plugin but it is not an option in the drop down list.

I need to test this as Learnpress is full of bugs.
