I have the plugin installed, a few weeks ago.

Works fine so far, but it uses thumbnails not only as part of the post, which I like, but it also uses the same thumbnail as a “featured image,” which replaces the default image on the header of my blog with that thumbnail.

I would like to disable that function so that the header image can stay put. If it’s possible to still keep the option to post images as part of blog posts, I’m fine with that. Otherwise, I’m good with turning off thumbnails altogether.

I installed your plugin and set YouTube channel than has 400+ videos, but the plugin imports only last 50 videos. I increased max_execution_time to 700, but it didn’t help.
My hosting is VPS with NGINX.
How can I import all the videos from the channel?

The settings doesn’t allow me to set the import interval to less than one hour. I need it to be set at 10 or 5 minutes. Is there any solution to this?

In the new WordPress Site Health area, I have a critical issue about “an active PHP session was detected.” I traced it back to vendor/ternstyle/wordpress/src/class/wordpress.php on line 53.

From what I’ve read, the session_start() issue is fairly recent. Do you intend to provide an update to work around the reported issue in Site Health? If so, do you know around when we can expect the update?

For the short term, can we comment out line 53 to resolve the issue or would that cause other issues?

Bug report: I logged into my site and realised the plugin has been importing the thumbnail for my most recent 2 videos every 30 minutes. I’ve cleaned them all out, but it is just continuing to import them. It’s been doing that for about the last 2 weeks.

I’m having trouble with https://home3dprints.com/home3dprints-videos/. It shows the latest video just fine, but it won’t allow me to select any video listed below. Any help appreciated!

I have this plugin installed and working for ages until recently it stops working. I did “Reset import field from the Database” but no help. I have to manually import videos, which I don’t want to. Here is my setup:

At the moment the plugin creates posts for all uploaded videos. It would be great if only public videos would be considered.
I’d even buy the Pro version if this feature is implemented.

paid for your pro pack as it looks great, sadly maybe should have tried the free one first.. your plugin is causing errors (listed below), if it was just in the back end I wouldn’t mind so much but its over the entire site so can’t use the plugin until yours sorted them out.

Long time user of this plugin (pro version), however, today it stopped working. When I click import, I get the “abort” error. I also checked out my google api dashboard and it doesn’t think i’m making requests. Did google ban my IP or are they making changes?

i want to put lastest videos in the white blocks in “ultimos videos” on the webpage, how can i do that?

I have the “Set publish date to time of import instead of YouTube upload date:” parameter set to “Yes”. However, the plugin is using GMT rather than the local time specified in Settings… General.

This means posts are being created in the future as scheduled posts as GMT is 7 hours ahead of my local time.

Hope this is an easy fix.

I like the search function and bought the youtube pro version so I can have multiple search terms running.

I’m fairly selective about what I post so I end up posting maybe 1 video out of 5. Meantime every single hit on my search terms creates a new post.

I would like to disable auto-posting and just review/select/delete all the videos through the Video Posts section of the plugin. If the “Edit” link simply changed to a “Create Post” link at the same time this would make it easy to curate and publish selected videos.

Hi, I have a question before I buy it now. You must be knowing that, Facebook doesnt show full image of YouTube share links, like it does for VIMEO links.

So, Im looking for a solution, so that WordPress can fetch the thumbnail from youtube and then I can share the wordpress post link in my FB.

But when someone clicks on the post link on FB< it should directly goto my Youtube video instead of going to WordPress post page with video.

Can your plugin do that ?
