Hi,
How will this plugin work to a Teachable course’s available payment cycle options?
AFAIK, a course can have different payment cycles e.g. monthly, yearly, etc.
How are we going to map the WooCommerce products to these Teachable subscription options?
From what I see in the screenshots, you only set 1 price for a product in WooCommerce, but in Teachable, a course can have different payment plans.
Thanks!
]]>I have emailed support three days ago and have not heard from them. Disappointing.
Please help…
I have the Automatic Teachable Student Enrollment for WooCommerce plugin.
It works GREAT, except for one thing. See linked image.
–The customer was logged into my website with her yahoo address.
–But her payment was linked to her gmail address.
This transaction created a new account in our Teachable (using the gmail address) and added the class.
The class should have been attributed to the classroom account using the yahoo address.
Please advise.
This has happened to about a dozen of my customers now.
]]>I’ve been trying to make this work. I’ve subscribed to PRO.
I can link a Woo product to a Teachable course. That’s great.
When testing the purchase of the product:
I cannot get the order to finish the “processing” and complete. I have the plugin set to enroll in the course once the order is complete. But I also tried setting it to enroll in the processing phase and it still didn’t work.
Please help.
]]>I see the note on the plugin homepage:
However, after saving in the settings page, the teachable courses don’t appear on the product page. When I choose Select A Course dropdown, no courses appear. I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and I get the same thing — no courses. I also erased the API key and saved, then rentered the API and saved. Still, no courses are appearing. I rolled back to the previous version and the courses are appearing now. Could be a plugin conflict but with dozens of other plugins on a busy ecommerce shop with hundreds of orders a day, I needed a fast solution. I can test for plugin conflicts later if you think that’s necessary.
I have installed and activated the plugin and it is listing the courses from teachable. The problem is i have 140 courses listed on teachable but the plugin is listing only 20 courses from the first page of teachable course list in its drop down. How can i resolve this pagination issue.
]]>I have a client who is interested in integrating the teacher student enrollment plugin into their site. My question is where do the clients pay once they enroll in the course? I understand that they enroll through woocommerce but after enrolling are they then directed to teachable to pay or do they pay through woocommerce? And if they pay through woocommerce are there any extra fees associated with teachable?
]]>Hello
I have a funnel where I sell courses as:
Front end
Order bump
upsell 1
downsell 1
upsell 2
downsell 2
In essence, upsell 1 and downsell 1 are the same course just the downsell is offered as a 2 payment plan, same goes for upsell 2 and downsell 2.
I’m using funnelkit as my funnel builder, funnelkit merges all orders e.g. if someone buys front end, order bump, upsell 1 and upsell 2 all those will be counted as one order in woocmerce.
In this case, will your plugin work to enrol the student in all courses he purchased?
Hi again,
We appreciate this plugin. But we want it to only add customers to teachable for certain products. We have set it to add the customers for a subscription product and in this case it’s working to add people to the correct teachable course, but it’s also giving EVERYONE else who purchases any products on our website a teachable account. Can you update the plugin so that it only adds customers to teachable when a course is selected on the product page?
Said another way, please make the plugin so that it only adds customers if a teachable course is selected (see screenshot: https://snipboard.io/h6GVWR.jpg). If a teachable course is not selected (see screenshot: https://snipboard.io/tv2wmJ.jpg) no action is taken and the customer is not added to teachable.
Thanks for creating this plugin. I was going to use Zapier or another automation app but this would be a lot easier. I will be testing it but have an important question. When the student gets added to teachable course, how do they login once at teachable.com? Do they have to reset their password and only email address is passed? This should be explained in installation tab or add FAQ section. Thanks!
]]>WordPress version: 6.2
WooCommerce version: 7.6.1
API key saved. In “Edit Product” we can see the list of Teachable courses to select in the WooCommerce to Teachable dropdown. After selecting the course, and clicking “Update”, the selected course is no longer selected.
