I was doubtful, so I left the email alerts enabled at first. Once I confirmed it worked, I disabled that feature.
Doesn’t update immediately, usually within a half day, sometimes a day, but that’s fine. With the number of sites I have, this is a real time saver.

Great extension. Not sure why anyone has a bad word to say about this. It just works. Install, activate. Job done.

This plugin is perfect for clients who didn’t want maintenance support but you want to have their website up to date. Very easy to use and I love that you can hide this plugin from others admin users. But, need to be careful if you are using custom theme, automatic plugins updates can break your site.

… but, be careful to exclude Cforms2 from automatically updating!! The latest Cforms2 update destroyed all my 90 website’s forms by duplicating them.

I’m testint in on more tha a dozen websites with different (and lots of) plugins, and it’s working fairly well. I’ve only noticed some difficulties in managing the exclusion of one plugin (a commercial one) and of a special plugin which is ManageWP Worker (but I can imagine why).
Overall a great way to manage the native WP update function, especially for the email notification option.

I’ve installed this on 5 websites and it hsa worked perfectly on all 5. I used to have to go to each site and manually update the plugins, now I save that time and aggravation and my website plugins are always up to date.

Installed it on 3 WP installations now, excluded a plugin at one installation, and everything is working great so far. Also the email notifications. I have no idea how to make it better, because it is perfect enough. Thank you!
