So what happens if an image already has an alt attribute? On my product images I do have alt and do not want it to be overridden

Should all the images with missing alt be updated automatically?

When working. Are images with alt updated?

When uploading image WordPress is automatically filling in the title tag from the image file name.

I want the alt tag filled instead though so I tried your plugin but nothing is being filled in the alt tag field?

I installed and activated the plugin, but as I can see in the source code of this page for example:

… there is ALT=”” … and no alt tags ??

Why doesn’t it work with the Divi theme?

Hi! Just wondering if this plugin will work with images already uploaded or only for the new ones, can you tell me?
I looked at your automatic-image-alt-attributes.php but I’m not really a programmer…
So from what I understand this pluging render the ALT Text “on the go” ? So my images are not touched in anyway? An the ALT TEXT is not stored in wordpress database, is it right?
Last question? Is it REALLY SAFE ?? I have a website with more than 10000 images and I don’t really want to mess up things… hope you understand!
