Hi
really great

Perfect plug-in. Allows me to just code the url for images that change daily. Now, those images are preserved within my site attached to the appropriate day. Works great!

I needed to move just my blog posts from my old blog into my new WordPress site, and found this plugin to help. It moved all the images into my new site without much setup or fuss. So as of WordPress 6.4.2, it seems to still work well!

After doing a long import of entries, it updates the images without any problem.

I was looking for a full page empty theme in order to paste content from copied webpage and this plugin was the only I found to match. ChatGPT told me about it.

That’s would be perfect if it can fix featured image when imported posts

It is such a pain in the ass to export many posts with images and import them WITH the images into another WP, so that the images are hosted on the same domain.
This plugin solves that, it is perfect. Saves hours and hours of tedious work (or hundreds of USD in paid export/import plugins).

it can not work now.

The previous version asked me if I wanted to import images. The new one just imports and names the images as it want. It’s nice but I think there should be a guide. Here is how you use it. Activate it and then copy paste images from another website – copy paste a blog post from somewhere and past it to your post and it downloads images automatically.

I recently discovered the “Auto Image Gallery” plugin for WordPress and I have to say, it has made managing my website’s image gallery so much easier!
The plugin is incredibly easy to use – all I have to do is install it, activate it. The plugin takes care of the rest, uploading the images in my gallery and making them easily accessible for future use.
One of the things I would love most about this plugin to have as a feature is that I can set the plugin to upload images to specific folders within my gallery.

This did the job brilliantly. Imported 100 pages from Squarespace, and just had to update all the pages for the plugin to work. Perfect – thank you.
Suggestion for a paid option: have the ability to bulk select posts / pages from the main screen, and update them in bulk.

Very grateful for this nifty plugin. Saved so much time.

It would be better to remove special characters and create images with regular letters.
For example ” ? ?

Awesome plugin, does exactly whats needed of it. Saves a tremendous amount of time for content writers importing from other platforms

I’ve had more than 5K posts with external images, and the source server was being shut down, so this saved me. It even works when you write a script that will just call wp_update_post() on the posts you need to update, there was no need to go clicking 5000 times.

The plugin is quite helpful in allowing users to upload external photos straight to WordPress without first storing them to the local computer. Best plugin comes under time saving category.

I came across this plugin via a tutorial on WP Beginner on how to import non-local images.
I was struggling with this as I needed to copy Block Editor content from one site to another. However, when you do this, the images still reference the old site.
With this plugin, you install it, and simply “update” the post. I recommend doing this from the bulk-edit screen. Just do a “Quick Edit” and update.
Like magic, all the non-local images in the post are brought over into the media library and your post is updated with the correct local links.
This is such a huge time-saver because I could not find a “native” way to do this, and it would’ve resulted in me having to basically download and re-upload the images.
Kudos to the plugin author. This plugin is fantastic. And for those wondering, it still works with WordPress 6.0.
