How can I add th, nd, st after date like

1st, 2nd,5th

I understand, there is shortcode [postmodified] to show a post’s last modified date anywhere. I’m searching now for a feature which sets the published date shown on posts actively to the current date. The use case is a post which acts as a social media channel monitor displaying continuously latest posts from Facebook, Twitter, Telegram etc. Therefore, the page/post is dynamically updated to the actual date which should be reflected in the regular posts date.
