We can’t suppress the error logging on our end, as it is bad practice. Is there anything that be done about this? We are on PHP 8.2

Our issue right now is we are not able to sync the Woocomerce Order Number with Authorize.net Invoice Number. What happens is the Invoice number appears to be the WC Order post ID. This creates confusion for their customers as the numbers don’t match and can cause problems with auditing and bookkeeping.

]]>Does the premium version allow for authorize only transaction? A authorize only transaction will arrive at authorize.net account in Authorized/Pending Capture status. This status allows the transfer manager to manually process and complete the order.

Successfully integrated plugin with Authorize.net API keys, set up relay setting, etc. Order completes successfully and payment is captured, however, the redirect to the order confirmation page isn’t working. The page is “empty” and shows an Uncaught Syntax error.
URL in the address bar is “https://secure2.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll”
The error shown in the browser console is “Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘ (at rocket-loader.min.js:1:1)”
When I navigate directly to the relay URL, I am shown a confirmation page.

When I disabled your plugin (via FTP) everything works just fine. Except of course, no one can place an order now because there is no connection to Authorize.net.

When trying to run a test order, I get to the Checkout page, and I don’t even see credit card information fields. Is this because SSL isn’t installed and the site isn’t fully launched? ]]>Been having trouble getting Authorize.net set up. Was getting (13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
Added the homepage under Account > Response / Receipt . Then the Authorize card details page came up, and after submitting that I got this error:
“Something went wrong, please check your authorizations”. All the plugins are up to date, and I copied and pasted the API keys exactly.
I am using the Live/Production API in Test Mode. Is that the wrong mode?
It seems most of the transactions went through. And the latest one in Live/Production API rather than Sandbox which I used before says processing and I got an email receipt for it. It just didn’t finish off properly after submitting.

]]>My authorize.net gateway must support both credit card and e-check customer payments (I will use Authorize.Net for both payment options). Does your plugin support e-check payments in additon to credit card payments?
If your plugin does support e-check payments, are the two payment methods (credit card and e-check) recognizable as different $available_gateways (e.g. does each payment method have a unique index in the WooCommerce $available_gateways[] array? I ask, because I need to create custom cart and checkout messages depending on the payment method, so I need to be able to distinuish between $available_gateways[‘authorize.net-e-check’] and $available_gateways[‘authorize.net-creditcard’].

]]>Every time a plugin is updated, the next admin page load will be forcibly your plugin’s settings page.
This is not good practice and breaks flow for people used to updating many plugins at the same time.
I have seen request from almost 2 years ago also requesting this behaviour to be reomved.

I got an error while setting up authorize.net. I have added “Authorize.net Payment Gateway For WooCommerce” plugin version 5.3.3. and when i go to settings i added Login ID,Transaction Key,Signature Key but i got an error while payment “Error (14) The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.”
I also tried with new api keys (transaction and signature key). but nothing happens. same issue again occurs.

]]>We have been using the plugin successfully at greatpaperstraws.com however in the past few months, there appears to be a change at authorize.net. We are seeing the “failed” orders reported to the user even though monies were successfully captured at authorize.net. This happens when billing address is not the same as shipping address. When the 2 addresses are not the same, they are flagged in Authorize.net as “FDS – Authorized/Pending Review”. Looking at that transaction in Authorize.net, it reports “Address Verification Status: Street Address: Match Zip: Matched first 5 digits (Y)” and “Fraud Filter: Shipping-Billing Mismatch Filter”, “Fraud Action: Authorize and hold for review”. How can we configure things so that the order is not flagged as a failed order to the website buyer when we did in fact collect the money on the order?
