The plugin is causing an error on WordPress 3.6. Lines 238 and 240 of author-love.php need to have “$wpdb->prepare” removed. Here are a couple links that helped me solve the problem on my own:

I’ve been trying to hack GD star rating into an author rating plugin for a while, you just made my life a whole lot easier! It took just slight modification to get the author ratings working on my site’s custom post types as well as the author.php page itself.

Is this plugin compatible with multisite? I need to display the ratings in the sidebar of sites within the network, so it won’t be attached to a specific post or page…can this plugin achieve that?
