I am seeing the below warning when I updated to version 1.3.4 of Author Box With Different Description on WordPress 4.4.2.

If I disable the plugin then the warnings go away.

@author of the plugin, any idea what caused the plugin to break?

Is there a way to hide the author box in Attachment page?

There are only 2 option where to display the author box, but I want to hide it in attachment page like this: https://amuchbetterway.com/?attachment_id=6571 because it is causing an error with my other plugin.

Most of the profile fields use the name of the social network, e.g. linked in, googleplus, etc. You seem to use that iteration for facebook and twitter but not for Google Plus and LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube. As a result, the plugin will only work with half my user fields unless this is changed to be consistent. I think most plugins use these fields or it would be best to give an option to map these fields the appropriate current user field.

i’d like to put the author box in different possition, in the post and in the user page.
Now is this way, and i’d like to be this way.
And i’d liek to put the social box in the top of the author page, instead of the classic wordpress author box.

Great plugin. Works better and cleaner than all the others, which add far too much junk and too much styling. The only area this plugin doesn’t cover is the inclusion in the Author Archive. Unfortunately it doesn’t show there. Otherwise, very well done and works extremely well.

I was wondering if there is a functions.php snippet I could use to disable this plugin from displaying, for certain custom post types?
I becomes problematic with the growing number of CPTs that I need to add a custom field to exclude this display as well as some CPTs don’t enable the custom fields as well.

Hi,

When I add the author box, it shows up in two places. It shows on the bottom of the post and then it also somehow gets inserted into my sidebar. Any idea what might cause that or how I can turn the box off in the sidebar? Thanks for your help.

i really dont know whats going on with the plugin , when i activeate the plugin its shows me blank page , all the backend pages go blank.
