Hey,
I recently bought the plugin as $99.
But it didn’t work in mobiles even if I followed their guide.
So, I sent email for the CEO and developer team, I submitted information of admin about my site and FTP for them.
I required that the plugin developer should choose one way from refund or fixing the issue as accessing my site directly.
I sent email for them 4 times (last OCT 6, 7, 8, 11.)
But I didn’t get a right answer yet.

I had a unique situation to use for this plugin and it worked excellent. Also when I had questions, the developers quickly helped me and gave me a lot of great knowledge into how to utilize the plugin.

the plugin records well but doesn’t store the files in wp-contents/uploads/audio-comments
instead stores in the recordings folder..
and the audio comment is not shown in the comments page.. in a forum also there is a post
where you will find dissatisfied customers

I must admit I was intrigued how my customers would react to such new way of communicating, but in the end I am very pleased with the results. For now there are no more spamming, only helpful advices.
Now for the bad part : not many people are willing to adopt this new way of letting reviews and some comments I cannot understand due to poor English accent.
But in the end, I am giving my customers both option to express their feelings (not always good) and for now I don’t get any spam, so it’s a win for me.
